Oh ok so you know what you're doing, I thought this was like an abnormal incident for you lol.

Any time I get a stomach bug I bloat up. I had one like 2 or 3 weeks ago? This was something I ate made me sick though. I need to grab some gas x or something too but yeah. My diet didn't change... Just apparently ate something bad

I might be losing track of time, for some reason I thought that stomach bug was related to this one *head slap*
 
Damn stomach issues are horrible. Hope you don't get anymore after this!

Past colds and kidney infections it's rare I get sick, so let's keep our fingers crossed!

Cardio is done. 45 minutes on the stair mill. 3265 steps. After work is chest and tri, and 30-45 more cardio. Have a great day!
 
Today's lifting is complete. Much better spirits this afternoon, I had a few minutes on my lunch break to talk with a friend that has competed before, I need to remember I have people I can lean on and talk to instead of working myself up. I'm currently knocking out my last 45 of cardio.

Some of my lifts felt steadier and stronger than in previous weeks. I got 105 up on my bench and I want to say it's been 2-3 weeks since k have done that. My actual incline bench (not dumbbell) felt strong today as well. By the time I got to the decline bench my shoulders were getting sore so I went more for reps than strength.

Tomorrow will be cardio only... Probably about an hour. Fasted.

Sunday will be 1.5ish fasted and then after I eat, I'll be coming back to train back and biceps.
 
Do u think Osta Elite is helping at all? I am into week 4 and feel like it might be bunk or underdosed

I'm cutting, so I can't speak as to bulking, or recomping, but my measurements are coming down, I'm leaning out, I'm more vascular, I have better striations. I've made a ton of progress in the 4 weeks I've been taking it so far. The feel and look of my muscles has changed, and my best friend who knows their stuff about drugs, had to be convinced I wasn't using something else.

Would I have made progress without the OstaElite? Yes, but I don't feel like I would have made as much progress.
 
My training and diet are dialed. Cutting in a mild deficit. It just seems strange to me that others are running 50mgs with no sides. My strength has not increased but I was expecting it to even in a deficit based on logs of other Osta products. Wonder if this company has any documentation on testing done of their raws.

That would be a question for someone other than me. I'm just logging. I was advised by them to not run it at 50 and know others that also ran it at 25. There are other logs on here with good progress as well.

50mgs with no side? 100% bunk without a doubt, I got sides from 30mgs and I've read that other people doing above normal dosage and getting sides within the first week. Were the other Osta Elites sponsored or unsponsored?
 
Can we take thing convo somewhere other than my log just saying because I can only speak for my experience and my training, not others.

I'm also a girl so my hormones are wonky in general which causes breakouts... Osta can also cause them in some people, and I have definitely been breaking out more, even on my shoulders and upper back, but I hesitate to say oh yes it's the OstaElite, because it may just be because I am a girl.

That being said, I am happy with my progress. I will continue to use it for the rest of my prep, and I am considering using it to do a small bulking cycle later on.

Oh yea when it comes to sides it seems you may not be able to determine it since you're a lady. Progress is great and I've heard its decent for bulking, keep it up :D!

Currently knocking out some cardio. Long work day today so no lifting sadly.

I feel you! Currently working 7 days a week 12 hour days so makes it hard to get the workouts I want to get in but still getting something in when I can.

One of my friends was like when was your last rest day? I honestly don't know the last day I wasn't in the gym. It was sometime a few weeks ago when I was sick, and I may have still done cardio.

Thank you! I've been doing two a days most days since August? I've just been cutting so long now I am really having to push to get the last 5-10lbs off

Now that is dedication! Keep hitting it hard you got that. Love hearing stuff like that, gets me pumped up!

My legs are changing a lot and slowly my stomach and back are coming in. Scale is the same. Just gotta keep pushing.
 
50 minutes fasted cardio this morning. The plan was to go back tonight and do another hour, but I've run into a sitter dilemma and I'm fighting off a viral infection. Woke up sick, decided I wasn't going to play, and went straight to the doctor. Tested negative for strep and was told to rest . Yeah that's not going to happen.

Lifted back and biceps for an hour and a half and was slow as molasses, but got it done.

I'm officially not taking preworkout or bcaas or anything for the next 27 days. This should be interesting.
 
Currently knocking out 45 minutes cardio, going home to eat and then training shoulders. Kiddos are on fall break today and tomorrow and it's throwing me for a loop.

Diet was pretty on point today as well.
 
One hour fasted cardio this morning. Weight is down to 122.4

Today will be my first leg day without extra carbs going to try to do about 30 min of hiit after legs.

You should rest up and feel better! Take some vitamin C or whatever helps lol getting over viral infections.

I feel 10000 times better just really tired still.. Can't really take time off.. Can't afford the carbs in emergen-c and haven't had time to pick up any vitamins... I have been taking a multi though.

The multi will help, I guess all you can do know is just be positive that you'll be 100% soon! The body response to all negative and positive thoughts greatly!
 
Woooooo busy day! If y'all didn't think I was insane before you'll think I am now.

Started off 50 minutes on the stairmill. Went and grabbed a power crunch bar, made a protein shake, at it in the locker room like a cool kid.

And am now wrapping it up on the stair mill for 15-30 just in case I can't make it back tonight for evening cardio after work.

I work 12-730 today, so I'm planning on 30-45 cardio tonight after.

Past just being tired I feel really good. I'm getting leaner, muscles are getting some great shape and definition

Leg day. Took a day off cardio. Tomorrow will be posing and cardio. No lifting . Did an abbreviated leg workout and some foam rolling. Nothing to heavy just focused on form and getting a good pump going. Threw in some light weight front squats for a change as well. Currently I'm taking myself on a date to sonic for a diet cherry Diet Coke because I'm friggin cool like that.

Today is 4 weeks out for me and day 24 of OstaElite. Scale is at 123. Measurements are coming down
Waist is 25.5 at the navel and 27 just below it
Hips are 34.5
Shoulders 39
Chest is 34.5 and 31

And because I kinda want to hurt people because I've had some rude people In my life today, I'm knocking out a brisk 25 minute walk on the treadmill. Apparently I'm not supposed to be a bodybuilder if you ask one of my older clients that saw me in the gym today
