FOCUSED NUTRITION needs a logger for HERCULES

Yup , I even got something from Focused Nutrition today so I think everybody's will be there today.
 
Got my door tag last night. I work 10-9 Mon-wed so I'll be picking up my package from the post on Thursday. My log will be up and running on Monday though in anticipation. :)

Hey man I'm really sorry I'm not reacting well to this pre- anxiety, chest pain and stomach problems.... I believe it's due to the yohimbine which I think I'm realizing Doesn't sit well with me... I never had a problem with it in the past but the last couple times I have had products with it it created problems. I couldn't exactly pinpoint what it was but now believe yohimbine is the common factor. It's weird bc it didn't use to bother me. Anyhow man I will ship you back the product if you would like

That's too bad man this sh$t has been bring my intensity up crazy for workouts

A suggestion to everyone.....when trying Hercules PWO for the first time as well as any other PWO I suggest that you start off with a half scoop to see how it treats your body.
I've been doing great with only a half scoop thru my entire tub sometimes twice a day.

Good advice..I started off with about 3/4 scoop..now I'm at about 1.25 scoops...I've been seeing this yohimbe is a hit or miss with some folks...besides getting a little burpee at times, just straight focus and intensity. I keep upping the weight on the bar even with only getting to the gym once a week for the past few weeks..mind/muscle connection is awesome on this stuff

Could have used it tonight.putting down hardwood floors.today was back day at the gym.now im in pain.but im sure ill be back in the gym tomorrow.

Just wanted to let you know, I'm kicking the Hercules down to a friend.... It will find its purpose aiding to the crushing and demolishing of the weights Hercules style.. I'm sure he's going to love it

I got the hercules in the mail today.will put up intro log tonight,and start using it in the morning.ohhhhhhhhh yeah!what a rush!
