I received my 2 samples of HERCULES Pwo and man this stuff is NO JOKE one scoop is all you need . mixability on point no clumps or weird dyes . taste was superb . Effectiveness I give it a 10 . Took it after cardio and smashed chest . The energy matrix and pump was beyond other pwo I've taken in the past . Honesty work every single drop! Great stuff will be on my list of pwo to purchase.
