Day 30 Andro-Elite, Chest Workout

Chest Day

Flat Bench Leg-Raises (3 x 25 reps)

Flat Bench Knee-Ins (3 x 25 reps * Super Set With Leg-Raises)

Flat BB Bench Press:

1 Warm up 20 reps (123lb)

5 Working sets: 1 x 10 (213lb), 1 x 10 (253lb), 1 x 12 (253lb), 1 x 20 (253lb) 1 x 10 (275lb)* New PB previous best was two weeks ago for 6 reps.)

DB Pullovers: 5 x 10, (126.5lb)

Incline DB Bench-press: 5 x 12 (90lb Dumbbells)

Incline Bench DB Chest Flyes: 5 x 12 (50lb Dumbbells)

Great workout due to setting a new PB for reps on Flat Barbell Benchpress, i also performed 5 sets for all exercises compared to the regular 4 to increase overall volume.

Strength has increased allowing me to perform 10 reps with what was my previous max for 6 in my last barbell benchpress chest session.

Pre workout was 1 scoops of PES alphamine Fruit Punch and Intra was 1 Serving of Iso Amino Starblaze, and 1 Serving of PES Amino IV Blueberry.


My overall though of Andro-Elite are that it is a great pro-hormone for increasing lean mass and allowing for you to be able to preserve or even add muscle when running at a calorie deficit. "muscle fullness has increased and strength and aggression have been more pronounced only sides have been back pumps which i had dead-lifting yesterday but other than that it has been a great run, the weight increase has also been noticeable, Chest Fullness and back width have improved along with overall mass in my legs.

Overall my whole body has changed in appearance and maintained proportion.

Day 1 Off Andro-Elite.

I will probably keep log running until end of week,

Will be running 100mg of Halodrol & 90mg of Tr3n for next 6 weeks.

Started today so far have had 50mg of Halo and 30mg of Tr3n.

Day 1 Off Andro-Elite

100mg of Halodrol, 50 mg am and 50 mg pm, & 90 mg of Tr3n split 3 times per day.

Daily Kcal's & Macros, 2225 Kcal, 250g Pro, 3g Carbs 122g Fat, *No Protein shakes again today, meals are keto and only include eggs and steak, i have not added any coconut oil today, i eat 20 grams worth yesterday and have had a bad stomach ever since, had diarrhea, gone to toilet 6-7 times between last night from 6pm.

Body Weight = 189.75lb, -2.75lbs in one day *probably from bad stomach.

Start of cycle weight = 179lbs

Workout today was a mix of legs with biceps and triceps.

1 x Warm-up set, Leg Extensions 20 reps 154 pounds

4 x Working sets Leg Extensions 15 reps 200 pounds

Machine Assisted Squats, 1 x 20 (No Weight just machine shoulder pads)1 x 20 (90lb), 1 x 20 (180lb), 1 x 12 (270lb), 1 x 10 (360lb) *1st time ever using this machine was odd at to try due to shoulder pads and angled plate for feet.)

Seated Leg Curls 1 x 12 ( 170lb) 1 x 12 (185lb) 1 x 10 (200lb), 1 x 10 (215lb)

Seated Calve Raises 2 x 20 (165lb), 2 x 20 (176lb)

Rope Attachment Tricep High Pulley Push-downs warm-up with 100lbs 20 reps, 1 x 10 (150lb) 1 x 12 (140lb), 1 x 10 (130lb), 1 x 15 (120lb)

Low Pulley Bicep Curls 1 Warm-up set 15 reps with 70lb, 1 x 10 (120lb), 1 x 12 (110lb), 2 x 10 (100lb) * Went lighter on these for this session to take pressure of sore bicep tendon in right arm.

Tricep Extension Machine 3 x 20 & 1 x 16 (100lb) *Super-Set Tricep Extensions with Plate Loaded Preacher Curls to save time.

Chain Plate Loaded Preacher Curl Machine 3 x 10, & 1 x 20, 33 pounds

* Overall had a good workout today, would have liked to use more weight on the assisted squat machine which i will add to next week, legs are still tired from Mondays Front Squat Session.

PWO was 2 scoops of PES Alphamine Fruit Punch,

Intra Was 1 serving of Amino X Fruit Punch, 1 serving of Blue Raspberry Xtend and 1 serving of Amino Last Orange Mango.

* Was able to get a decent pump but had goosebumps so put on hoodie to continue workout due to cold temps in gym.
 
Nice log, some great strength and muscle gains

Thanks, Andro-Elite is an effective product that i would recommend for cutting or bulking.

Appetite has been slightly increased though since running, but is taken care off by sipping on alphamine.

Shoulders & Upper Abs:

4 x 20 Incline 30 degree sit-ups with 45lb plate behind head, super set with 2 x 50 & 1 x 100 barbell oblique twists *Strength still good on abs*

DB Shoulder Press Seated

1 x 20 Warm-up (50lb Dumbbells), 1 x 20 (66lb Dumbbells), 1 x 30 (66lb Dumbbells) 1 x 20 (82.5lb Dumbbells) 1 x 15 (82.5lb Dumbbells) * Strength was up due to being able to perform 30 with 66 pound dumbbells and 20 with 82.5 pound dumbbells, happy with strength levels for today.

Bent Over Dumbbell Posterior Flyes

4 x 12 (50lb Dumbbells), 1 x 10 (*Drop set with 45lb Dumbbells)

Seated Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises

4 x 12 (50lb Dumbbells) 1 x 12 Drop set with 45lb Dumbbells)

*PB in this workout was 66lb for 30 on DB Seated Shoulder-Press.

Slightly more volume overall in today's session where 5 sets were performed for all exersizes instead of my regular 4, also worked in reprange of 12+ from normal 10.

I am happy with today's progress and looking forward to tomorrows leg session, might do front squats as main quad exersize to pre-exhaust or perform a mix of leg press and hack squats depending on how i feel.

PWO was 1 scoop of Alphamine Fruit Punch

Intra was 1 Serving of Xtend Green Apple and 1 Serving of Fruit Punch Amino X with an additional 3 grams of bulk leucine powder.

Body Weight = 192.5 *Up 3lb in one day, three pounds increase, could just be water weight fluctuation and food in stomach. * also consumed 8 litres of water yesterday instead of my regular 6.

Start of cycle weight = 179lbs

Current weight is (+13.5lbs)

Leg Extensions, 1 x 20 (154lb) (4 x 12 (262lb), Followed by triple drop set 8, 6, 10, 1st drop was 30lbs, second was additional 30lbs and last was a 45-50lb drop.

Plate Lever Style Leg Press, 1 x 12 (638lb) 1 x 12 (726lb) 1 x 12 (902lb) (*Was able to use 902lbs for last set which was great for strength after pre-exhaustion on leg extensions, wanted to go another 90lbs heavier but machine did not feel safe, held back to prevent injury.

Hack Squats, 1 x 12 (308lb) 1 x 12 (396lb) 1 x 12 (484lb* New PB, previous best was 45lbs less)

Lying Leg Curls, 1 x 12 (90lb), 1 x 12 (105lb) 1 x 12 (120lb), 1 x 12 (120lb) followed by 1 x 10 drop set with 80lb)

Seated Calve Raises 3 x 20 (132lb) 1 x 20 (176lb)

Plate Loaded Leg Press Calve Raises, 3 x 15 (374lb) various foot angles, 1 x 30, 10 toes in, 10 toes straight, 10 toes out, (374lb)

Pre Workout was 1 serving of Ferrox Amped,

Intra was 1 serving of Amino Last Orange Mango, & 1 Serving of PES Amino IV Blueberry with 1 Scoop of Fruit Punch Alphamine.

Happy with today's workout and overall strength levels, was going to perform front squats but changed mind last minute and was able to use more weight on leg press and hack squats.
 
Will keep log running until Sunday so it is a complete week,

Final Weight for this log will be Sunday Morning.

Also going to carb up and have another re-feed on Sunday, then following Wednesday will be carb back-loading and phasing out of KETO, which i feel has been run too long, i have been running a KETO style diet with Intermittent Fasting for around 14-15 months straight, and will ease back in to carbs and into a lean bulk, by slowly working my way from a deficit up-to maintenance and then a surplus of calories.

Insulin sensitivity should be improved allowing for me to pack on more muscle with carbs.

100mg of Halodrol, 50 mg am and 50 mg pm, & 90 mg of Tr3n split 2 times per day, once in am shortly after waking and other dosed pre workout.

Daily Kcal's & Macros, Only calories are from BCAA's taken intra workout and sipped on throughout day, i am fasting all day.

Start of cycle weight = 179lbs

Current weight is 194.25 (+15.25lbs) *Weight is up by 1.75lbs from yesterday.
 
Day 4 Off Andro-Elite "Back"

Back Workout:

Lat Pull-Downs To Front.

1 x 10 (95LB) 1 x 10 (155LB) 1 x 10, (170LB), 1 x 8 (185LB), 1 x 10 (170LB) *Seem to be maintaining strength but trained earlier than normal so strength was not as great also performed workout fasted which slightly took edge of power.

Reverse Grip Pull-downs.

1 x 10 (140LB), 3 x 10 (155lb), * Used slightly less weight on these due to massive pump in biceps and to reduce pressure on bicep tendon in right arm.

Narrow High Grip Pulley Machine Rows.

1 x 10 (170LB), 2 x 10 (185LB), 1 x 10 (170LB) 1 x 12 (140lb)

Hammer Strength Lat Pulldowns,

1 x 20 (180LB), 1 x 9 (246LB) 1 x 8 (246LB) 1 x 12 (225lb)* Strength seems to be maintaining with this exersize.

Low Row Hammer-strength,

4 x 10 per arm (180LB) * 90lbs per arm.


Overall strength and energy levels were OK, trained with much less rest than normal which forced me to use lighter weight.

Day 5 Off Andro Elite "Rest Day / Cheat Day,

Weight in pounds = 194.5lbs + 0.25lb after fasting for one day.

Totals Calories for Yesterday were 8660Kcal, 392g pro, 986g carb, 342g fat

Weight this morning = 199.25lbs + 4.75lbs after yesterday.
 
Update on weight, as of 17 April 2016 i am 208lbs,

Due to bridging into Halo @ 100 and Tr3n @ 90mg i have continued to make progress in gaining muscle mass and strength.

I will be increasing Tr3n dose to 120mg next week and stay there for a few weeks before starting my PCT, with Follidrone 2.0, Clomid, T3stify Pro and maybe Str3ngth Unleashed tab version. i am not sure weather to use laxo or go for a product like Anabeta Elite as a natural anabolic supplement.

Which would you go for Laxogenin or Anabeta Elite?
 
I would run X-Gels, X-Factor for ARA but i will be mega-dosing Omega 3 @ 45 grams per day and do not want them to conflict with each-other.
