Day 16 Andro-Elite Chest Day & Lower Abs:

Chest Day

Flat Bench Leg Raises (4 x 25 reps)

Flat BB Bench Press:

1 Warm up 10 reps (123 pounds)

4 Working sets, 1 x 10 (213lb), 1 x 10 (235lb) 1 x 10 (253lb) 1 x 6 (275lb)* new PB previous best was 8-10 reps with 253lb, so strength is up today.

DB Pullovers:

4 Sets, 1 x 20, 1 x 15, 1 x 15, 1 x 12, (126.5lb for all four sets), * new PB was able to push out 20 reps after using 275lb on flat bench-press.

DB Bench-press Decline

4 sets 12, 12, 15, 15, (Weight = 2 x 95 pound dumbbells) (was aiming for all sets of 12 but managed to go up to 15 reps for last two sets

Flat Bench DB Chest Flyes:

4 sets with 1 additional drop after last, 1 x 10, 66lb per arm, 1 x 9 (82.5lb per arm), 1 x 8 (82.5lb per arm), 1 x 10, 66lb per arm) then 1 x 4 with 49.5lb per arm, * only managed 4 reps due to chest being depleted. * was happy to increase weight up to 82.5lb dumbbells for flyes especially at end of workout where chest is normally tired and weaker.


Pre workout was 1 scoop of Iso-Amino Tigers Blood

Intra Workout was 1 Serving of Mutant BCAA 9.7 Green Apple.

Great workout today, mood was much more improved and i was able to increase weight on flat BB by pushing an extra 22lbs past my previous max no shakiness today, strength felt great and endurance is up.
 
What you gonna do when your progress stalls on body fat loss? Can't really take anymore cals out. Can't add cardio otherwise you'll burn out cause you don't have enough incoming calories to support it. May I suggest adding back in 700 calories? You'll still be loosing at an ideal rate and you have calories to reduce if you plateau. If you reduce calories from where you are now (either through diet or increased level of activity) to get past a sticking point your risking metabolic damage and a big rebound in weight after you finish cutting. I tell all the people I work with to have the mind set of cutting on as many calories as possible and track your calories. Please consider applying this.

Day 17 Andro-Elite Legs Biceps and Triceps.

Daily Kcal and Macros: 2039Kcal, 232g pro, 18.2g carb, 103.7g fat * Calories may be over by 500 to 700 today due to eating extra protein and fats post workout in the form of Buff Bake Almond Butter and Nuts 'n More High Protein Peanut Butter.

200 mg Andro Elite, 2 am and 2 pre workout.

1 x Warm-up set, Leg Extensions (25 reps 154 pounds)

4 x Working sets Leg Extensions (15 reps 215.6 pounds)

Leg Press, Short Movement to keep pressure on upper quads (4 x Working Sets 20 reps 440 pounds)

Lying Leg Curls 4 x Working Sets (15 reps 95 pounds) * performed sets of 15 from previous 12 in last leg workout two weeks ago.

Standing Calve Raises 2 x 30, 2 x 20 (302.5 pounds)

Low Pulley Bicep Curls 1 Warm-up set 10 reps with 90 pounds, then (4 Working Sets of 10 with 150 pounds) * managed last set with full stack, could only do 3 two weeks ago.

Tricep High Pulley Push-downs with straight bar 1 x 20 (140 pounds) 2 x 15 (150 pounds), 1 x 12 (150 pounds) (able to use full stack so improvement here as well)

Chain Plate Loaded Preacher Curl Machine 4 x Working Sets 10 reps, (44 pounds) * up on weight from 2 weeks ago where i only used 33 pounds)

Tricep Extension Machine (4 x 12 112.5 pounds)

Intra workout was 1 serving of ISO-Amino Tigers Blood, 1 serving of Amino IV Bluberry & 1 serving of AminoLast Orange Mango. * No pre workout used today, and trained fasted which resulted in massive appetite after workout causing me to eat more food. I have adjusted todays meals to make up for eating more earlier in the day. (This week i have noticed appetite is way up so if i feel the need i add in extra protein and clean fats this way i can still manage to stay in Ketosis.

In response to James, I have Sunday just gone and Today eat probably 500 - 700 more calories than planned due to having massive cravings for food, also usually if progress slows i keep on alternating calories from day to day zig-zagging and also add in carb loading days usually every 2 weeks then 1 week as i become leaner.

I notice that if i eat 700-1000 grams of carbs i tend to keep losing weight 1-2 pounds the week later towards the end of my cut.

I have also used cardio in the past then dropped it for a few weeks and increased food calories from lean proteins and fats by 500 per day and continued to lose fat from eating more and not having the stress of cardio.

Day 18 Andro-Elite Cutting Log

Day 18 Andro-Elite @ 200mg per day 100mg am and 100mg pre workout:

Daily Kcal's & Macros: 260Kcal, 38g pro, 3.4g carbs, 3.6g fat * Very Low Calories Today, Workout was performed fasted and 1 meal consumed after consisting of 5-6 oz fillet steak and 100-150 grams of broccoli.

Shoulders & Upper Abs:

4 x 20 Incline 30 degree sit-ups with 45lb plate behind head, super set with 4 x 50 barbell oblique twists *was able to move up from 33lb plate to 45 and keep reps at 20 mark.

4 x 10 per shoulder 30 degree rear single arm posterior dumbbell shoulder flyes. (27.5lb)

1 x 15 Single arm dumbbell shoulder press, per shoulder (66lb) 2 x 10 (82lb), 1 x 6 (93.5lb) followed by drop 1 x 10 (66lb)

*PB on this lift was 93.5lb for 6 but at time i was fully bulked and weighing in at around 215 pounds vs the 180 i am currently sitting around, also this was performed in a fasted state, 19 hours with no food vs the previous time where i was fully loaded on carbs and running on 4k calories per day.

4 x 10 (36lb) per shoulder Single arm dumbbell shoulder lateral raises for front and side delts, one shoulder leaning against wall, same as single arm dumbbell shoulder press.

Not a very large workout today but i was able to increase weight on all exersizes, rear delts i was able to add 7-8 pounds per shoulder, on dumbbell single arm shoulder press i was able to use the 82lb dumbbells for 10 rather than 8, and push back to my previous pb bulked weight of 93.5lb, and with the single arm side lateral dumbbell raises i was able to go up by 11 pounds per shoulder, all this whilst keeping the reps in the same range.

I am happy with today's progress and hope to have a great leg sessions tomorrow.
 
Also intra workout was 1 serving, 14.5 grams of BSN Amino X fruit punch,

Pre workout was just the Andro-Elite, no stims today or BCAA's prior.
 
Day 19 Andro-Elite Cutting Log

Daily Kcal's & Macros: 260Kcal, 38g pro, 3.4g carbs, 3.6g fat * Very Low Calories Today, Workout was performed fasted with just EAA's BCAA's and 1 meal consumed post-workout consisting of 5-6 oz fillet steak and 100-150 grams of broccoli. " same food as yesterday" * will weight tomorrow morning and provide progress update".
 
Day 19 Andro-Elite Cutting Log

Leg Day:

Front Squats, 1 x 10 warm-up (155lb) 2 x 10 (198lb), 1 x 12 (198lb), *felt easy but was running fasted on only 200 odd calories from yesterday so did not want to chance failing.

3 x 20 super set Knee-Ins with Flat-Bench Leg Raises. (3 sets of each exersize for total of 6 sets of 20)

Leg Extensions 1 x 15 warm-up set (154lb) 2 x 15 (215lb) 2 x 12 (215lb)

Sled Plate Loaded Leg Press 1 x 12 (638lb), 1 x 21 (726lb) 1 x 15 (902lb) * 902lb is a personal best previous max was around 750lb for 10 reps)

Seated Leg Curls 4 x 12 (169lb)

Seated Calve Raises (4 x 20 (154lb)

Standing Calve Raises (4 x 20 (302lb)

4 Sets of Dips Super Set with 2 Sets of Hanging Leg Raises, 10 reps for all four sets of dips and 20 reps for two sets of leg raises, these were performed by doing 10 dips then switching and doing 20 leg raises and then switching back and doing another 10 reps on dips, 2 supersets, performed at end of all other exersizes listed.

*Good workout considering i was running on very low amounts of food.

PWO helped and was 1 serving of Ferrox Amped. with 1 serving of green apple xtend.

Intra Aminos were 10 grams of 2:1:1 generic tropical BCAA's, 1 serving of Amino IV Blueberry, and 1 serving of Iso-Amino Starblaze, all split in three separate bottles total of 1.5 litres of liquid.

Androsterone and epiandrosterone are very similar compounds, but slightly different. So as not to detract from Paul's log, feel free to PM me or maybe start a new thread with whatever questions you might have so that you can get multiple opinions on your best option.

Daily Kcal's & Macros: 457.5Kcal, 43.3 g pro, 2g carb, 30g fat * last very low calorie day before re-feed / cheat day tomorrow.

Weight = 184.25 Pounds, + 2 pounds from last Sunday 6 days ago, very surprised that weight is up considering i have only had around 200-300 calories for past 2 days.

Will give waist measurement and weight update again tomorrow.

Also will provide weight update Monday Morning to show increase from carbing up.

Did not feel very energetic today running on only 450 odd calories, i feel energy is suffering from low calories from past two days so am looking forward to carb loading / cheating tomorrow to restore glycogen levels.

Also could not get a pump during workout due to cold weather and lack of food.

Intra Workout was 1 serving of Blueberry Amino IV, 1 serving of Xtend Blue Raspberry and 1 serving of BSN Amino X Fruit Punch, all mixed in 3 separate bottles for total of 2.1 litres of liquid.

Pre workout was 1 serving of iForce Maxout Lemon Drop, this normally gives me a great pump due to the nitrates but did not do anything for me today, i do not know if it is a dodgy batch off eBay because previous blueberry pomegranate version i tried was much stronger and provided awesome power and pumps, either that or i have built too much of a tolerance and need a stim break, when i start lean bulking by reverse dieting after this week i will switch to PES High Volume, Hemavol and Hemavo2 Max and drop caffeine and all fat burners with stims.

Day 21 Andro-Elite Cutting Log, Rest Day, & Re-Feed Carb Up * cannot eat much food though, feel real bloated,

200mg per day 100mg am 8:00am and 100mg mid-day 2:00pm

Daily Kcal's & Macros will update later once i have totaled from day today's carb up.

Weight = 184 Pounds, + 1.75 pounds from last Sunday down .25 or 1/4 pound from yesterday

Waist was 27.5 to 27.75 Inches so down between a 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch in one week, even though i am up 1.75 pounds.

I am sure weight is going to be up quite a bit tomorrow morning.
 
Day 22 Andro-Elite Cutting Log Leg Day,

200mg per day 100mg AM and 100mg PWO

Calories will be increased today to around 2300 from last week, due to lowered energy levels, i want to keep cutting without stalling, not eating much food for 3 days last week made me look worse on sunday, and after eating i look more full today and feel much better, mood and energy wise.

I will be going back low carb this week and next week but increasing calories from proteins and fats.

Weight this morning was 190.5 pounds, + 6.5 pounds from yesterdays eating and i look more full. I will probably spill over and look worse tomorrow and Wednesday which is usual for me. * wont look at my body for whole week due to water retention which is usually caused by re-feed / cheat days.

Also on next Cheat Day i will be keeping fats lower and only having clean sources of carbs to ensure i feel better next day and treat it more like a structured re-feed than all out food consuming day.
 
Cant beat Holiday cheat days :)

I regret it today,

Could not drink more than 1.5 to 2.0 litres yesterday and have felt like **** all day, i spent 2-3 hours in bed and started shivering, i have felt sick all day like a real bad hangover.

I never want an Easter egg again and will only eat green and blacks or lindt excellence dark chocolate from now on since it is the only type that doesn't make me feel ill.

Normally a cheat day for me includes many protein bars, protein porridge and protein pan-cakes all very high quality foods, the low grade stuff just doesn't agree with me.
 
Day 22 Andro Elite 200mg Leg Session

Day 22 (Total of 4 caps = 200 mg)

Leg Day

Front Squats:

1 Warm up 10 reps (155 pounds)

4 Working sets x 10 (198 pounds) * Felt light, but i was very nauseous and did not want to spew, also right knee was feeling dry and sore, i feel i am still recovering from last fridays 900lb leg-press. * was still able to get a good pump due to muscle fullness from carbs and keep a narrow stance and contract abs / core more than normal slowing down the movement to get more of a mind to muscle connection.

Stiff Leg Dead-Lifts:

4 x 10 Reps with 214.5 Pounds (Weight was lighter than previous session but i was able to get a good stretch and pump in the hamstrings, i held back again to not throw up.

Weighted Sit-ups / Crunches x 3 Sets 50 Reps with 45 Pound Plate Behind Head (Felt easy and light today, but split it up from one all out set to 3 of 50 reps because breathing becomes difficult after 70 reps normally and i had more time in the gym.

Barbell Twists x 200 Reps * went back to normal 200 reps and felt a good pump and squeeze from them.

4 x Sets of Donkey Calve Raises on block with training partner sitting on back weight = 161 Pounds, * Training partner is slightly heavier due to having cheat day with me yesterday and being carb loaded. 1 x 50, 1 x 80, 1 x 70, 1 x 60, * Reps varied due to increased energy and strength, nauseous feeling eased off towards end of workout, I feel due to the electrolytes in the Xtend i was drinking intra.

Pre workout was 1 scoop of Ferrox Amped. *No BCAA's for pre today, only 1 serving of Blue Raspberry Xtend Intra Workout, which i feel made me feel less sick when nearly all consumed towards end of workout.

* I will be going back to my IF 12-8 pm 16/8 eating pattern for the next two weeks and running Ketogenic, i may move to maintenance after finishing 30 days of this cycle then reverse diet into a lean bulk. * I hope energy levels are improved tomorrow and workout is better than today's.

1 Warm up 20 reps (50lb dumbbells)

4 Working sets, 1 x 15 (90lb dumbbells), 3 x 20 (90lb dumbbells) *Strength is up, before starting this cycle i was able to get out 10-12 reps on this cut with these dumbbells.

Incline BB Bench-press, 4 x 12 (209lb) 1 x 12 drop (187lb)

DB Pullovers:

4 Sets, x 12, (126.5lb for all four sets, with 1 x 12 drop set 90lb dumbbell),


Flat Bench DB Chest Flyes:

4 sets with 1 additional drop after last, 4 x 12, 66lb, then last drop set 12 reps with 50lb dumbbells.

Overall i felt this was a good workout, i was able to add in some drop sets to 3 of the exersizes and add 5 reps to all four sets of my leg raises.

Strength is up because all weight felt lighter, endurance was great allowing for me to recover faster between sets,

Pre workout was 2 scoops of PES alphamine Fruit Punch and Intra was 1 serving of AminoLast Orange Mango.

Will post weight update tomorrow.

Thanks for the positive feedback, I find after eating high carbs being in KETO, the muscle fills up great the day after e.g. Sunday i carb up then Monday i look full, but then Tuesday i tend to spill over and look blurry and do not regain sharp look until Thursday.

If i need to carb up for a show one day is plenty for me to peak the next, i guess we all react differently and have different metabolisms so have to learn what works for us personally.

Day 24, Back and Shoulder Workout

Wide Grip Pull-Ups With Body-Weight (193.25lb + 4-5-lbs from water consumed. 2 x 10, 1 x 9, 1 x 8, * Felt easy but had hardly any rest between sets so reps dropped towards end, i am also heavier than before start of cut which makes them slightly harder.

Low Pulley Cable Rows, With V Grip Bar,

3 x 15 (150lb), 1 x 10 (180lb) *Had a great pump from these due to lighter weight and higher rep range.

Low Row Hammer-strength,

1 x 10 (242lb) (121lb on each arm), 3 x 10 (220lb) (110lb on each arm) * Felt heavier than last workout, probably due to performing pull-ups and high rep pulley rowing before starting these.

Pro Style Bar Pull-Downs to Front.

2 x 10 (155lb) 2 x 10 (140lb) *Lowered weight on these to get more of a stretch in the lats, got a great pump from these, that become painful in biceps.

Wide Grip Pulley Machine Rows.

1 x 10 (185LB), 1 x 10 (170LB)

Narrow High Grip Pulley Machine Rows

1 x 10 (150lb)

Narrow Low Grip Pulley Machine Rows

1 x 10 (150lb)

*Performed 1 sets with varied grip on machine rows slowly to feel more of a contraction in back.


Smith Machine Shoulder Press In Front Of Head.

1 x 20 (90lb)* Warm Up

1 x 12 (180lb) * New PB previous best with this weight was only 5-6 reps, so i am very happy to be up on power, considering i was suffering with weakness and pain in my right shoulder back in January which made dumbbell bicep curls off balance with the right arm due to lack of stabilization.

2 x 10 (180lb)

Rear Delt Pec Deck Flyes,

4 x 12 (100lb) * Used these for more of a stretch and do not like to go to heavy to reduce risk of injury, plus rear delt is a small muscle group which does not need massive weights to develop.

Single Arm Side Lateral Flyes with Low Pulley

4 x 12 per arm (20lb) * Perform these controlled and feel weight is heavy enough due to constant tension on muscle.

Overall strength and energy levels were great today and i had a sick pump unlike my previous back workout on Saturday which suffered. Was happy to increase weight on shoulder press which is proof that my strength has increased. * Arms were uncomfortable due to pump and Biceps and Triceps felt like they were going to explode, I think i am the only person to complain about pain from muscular pumps.

Great workout, hope strength continues to increase through this log.
 
Also, PWO was 2 scoops of PES Alphamine FP,

Intra was 1 serving of Blue Raspberry Xtend & 1 Serving of PES Amino IV BB, with an additional 3 grams of Leucine Powder.

Day 25 Andro-Elite Cutting Log, Upper Abs & Arms

200 mg per day 100 mg am 8:20 am and 100 mg PWO

Daily Kcal's & Macros, 2310 Kcal, 236g Pro, 12.24g Carb, 123.4g Fat (LOL at grams of fat)

Weight = 196.25 Pounds, + 3 pounds from yesterday. *Stood on scales this morning at 14 Stone and a quarter of a pound, was expecting to be down from the Sunday Carb / Cheat day. * I have run low carbs for last 3 days and am back into Ketosis according to Keto Stix.

Performed Ab work in my own gym away from arms:

2 x 25 (33lb) 2 x 15 (45lb), Weighted Incline Sit-ups, i increased weight on these by 11-12 pounds and decreased reps slightly.

4 x 100 Barbell Oblique Twists, Performed super-set with incline bench sit-ups.

Workout performed on 1 am scoop of PES Alphamine FP fasted with no BCAA's.
 
Day 25 Andro-Elite Upper Abs & Arms Workout

Day 25 Andro-Elite Cutting Log, Upper Abs & Arms Workout:

1 x 10* Warm-up BB Bicep Curls EZ Curl Bar (55lb)

2 x 10 (100lb) 1 x 12 (100lb) 1 x 10 (100lb), * Was only able to use this for 2 sets of 8-10 in my last EZ curl bicep workout, so have noticed strength PB was set with 12 reps with 100lbs.

Scull Crushers, 1 x 20 (100lb), 1 x 15 (110lb) 1 x 12, (120lb) 1 x 12 (132lb) * Was able to go heavier than normal, normally only use 100lbs for all four sets of 12-15 reps so happy to go up to 132lbs, left elbow gives massive main though so i may need to start wrapping elbows.

4 x 10 Seated Single Arm Concentration Dumbbell Bicep Curls with 50lb dumbbell, felt comfortable for sets and i was able to get a good pump.

4 x 15 Single Arm Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks with 26lb dumbbell , * Super-Set these with concentration bicep curls to get a great pump and exhaust muscles.

Overall i felt this was a good workout, pumps were painful in biceps especially the right one which made workout harder than normal, weights felt lighter on all sets so strength is on the up.

PWO was 2 scoops PES Alphamine Strawberry Pina Colada & Intra was 1 serving or 14.5 grams of Amino X Fruit Punch.
 
Solid arm workout my man, im noticing with epiandro that my pumps are just stupid... Probably because i cut on 200g+ carbs too haha
 
Yeah that's a logical assumption bro, there's no doubt that Andros increase blood flow drastically in the body.

Body Weight = 191.5lb - 4.75lbs in one day, * down on weight by nearly 5 pounds in one day. *Probably due to bad stomach, been having aches, think it may be a bug or up-set from a turkey breast i eat on Wednesday which did not seem cooked all the way through due to using a George Foreman Grill.

Very Intense high volume workout today, felt strong and had good endurance, PWO was 2 scoops of FP Alphamine.

Also Intra Workout i had one serving of AminoLast Orange Mango, 1 Serving of PES Amino IV, and 1 Serving of Apple Mutant BCAA 9.7

Total of 2 litres of liquid, 3 700ml bottles for the whole of the workout. * I also added an additional 3 grams of leucine powder to each of the containers to further improve their effectiveness.

Workout consisted of:

Leg Extensions, 10 x 10 (185lb) (*Sick pump from German High Volume Training 10 sets of 10.)

Leg Press, 1 x 10 (638lb) 9 x 10 (550lb) (*Again sick pump from GVT, 10 sets of 10, had to lower weight for last 9 sets due to it being too heavy to keep going for with the volume.)

Seated Calve Raises 10 x 10 (132lb) (*Super-Set these with GVT style leg-press)

Lying Leg Curls, 10 x 10 (80lb) (GVT again, (*I was wiped out after these and started to feel sick)


Standing Calve Raises 5 x 10 (302lb) Full Stack. (*Finished of calves with some stand up raises with full stack, lowered reps to 10 and did 5 sets.)

*Good workout, very high volume, happy with results and endurance.)

* Legs are sore today from yesterdays session, making walking up and down stairs harder.

Day 27 Andro-Elite Back Workout

Day 27, Back with mix of upper-abs

Workout consisted of:

4 x 25 Incline sit-ups with body-weight.

4 x 50 Barbell oblique twists. * Super-set twists and incline sit-ups.

V bar grip barbell rows, 1 x 10 (132lb, Warm-up) (1 x 10 (176lb), 1 x 10 (198lb), 1 x 10 (220lb), 1 x 10 (242lb) (New PB, with 220 and 242lbs for sets of 10, very happy with strength levels today.)

Single Arm Dumbbell Rows all with 126.5lb dumbbell, 4 x 10 (126.5lb) per arm, (Held back on reps due to back already being pre-exhausted from v grip rows.)


Bent over Barbell rows to lower abdomen, pronated grip, 4 x 10 (214.5lb), *Have gone heavier on these last week, but chose a narrower grip this time and felt them more than the last previous session.

Wide Grip Pulley Lat Pull-Downs Behind Head, 4 x 20 (95lb)

Overall i felt workout went well and was happy to add extra weight to V bar rows.

Daily Kcal's & Macros, 2290Kcal, 226g Pro, 21.75g Carbs, 134.65g Fat * Calories may have been higher by 500-700 due to adding additional Nuts ' N More high protein peanut butter and natural cashew butters to last protein shake for day, *Also due to this i dropped Omelette and Last protein shake which would have equated to 880Kcal. * Since using Andro-Elite i have been lifting more weight than normal and craving much more food after workouts.

* Due to consumption of MCT powder yesterday i registered in ketosis, mid pink on keto stix last night after consuming 7 litres of water and this morning.

Body Weight = 191.25lb = -1.25lb in one day,

Weekly update = +7.25lbs (Half a stone up in one week), did not take waist measurement this week, will update it next sunday which will be after this run is over.

Day 29 Andro Elite Log, Legs.

Leg Day

Front Squats:

1 Warm up 10 reps (155lb)

1 x 10 (198lb), 1 x 10 (231lb), 1 x 9 (264lb), 1 x 11 (220lb) * Set new pb for 9 reps with 264 pounds, was only able to perform 6 before when bulking and weighing in at 215lbs bodyweight. * was going for 10 but held back due to pelvis pain.

Romanian Dead-Lifts:

3 x 10 with (236.5lb), 1 x 12 (192.5lb) (*Back pumps forced me to lighten up for last set.)

Weighted Sit-ups / Crunches 1 x 60, 1 x 40, with 45lb Plate Behind Head (Felt easy and light today, but split it up from one all out set to 2 separate sets.

Barbell Twists x 200 Reps

4 x Sets of Donkey Calve Raises on block with training partner sitting on back weight = 156 Pounds, * Training partner is slightly down on weight from also being on a cut style diet, all sets were performed with toes inline.

Pre workout was 1 scoop of Ferrox Amped. *1 serving of Mutant Bcaa's Apple, 1 Serving of Blue Raspberry Xtend Intra Workout, and 1 Serving of Amino X Fruit Punch with additional 2 grams of Leucine Powder.

* Overall workout was great today, strength levels were up quite allot considering the GVT style leg workout i did last Friday, Set New PB on Front Squats, only complaint was back pumps which made deadlifts, sit-ups and twists harder and very uncomfortable.

Tomorrow is last day of Andro-Elite, I plan on running another 4 - 6 weeks of Halo & Tr3n to continue with the cut, possibly with a combination of Follidrone 2.0 which will lead in to my PCT, which will probably be Clomid and A test booster such as alphamax in combination with Viron.
 
Grey workouts and updates bro! I've personally never used T2, so cant comment.. Heard its not bad though. You've done a great job of logging this my man.

Daily Kcal's & Macros, 1720 Kcal, 163g Pro, 107.6g Fat, *No Protein shakes again today, meals are keto and only include eggs and steak, i have also added 20 gram of coconut oil today.

Body Weight = 192.5lb No Change in one day.

Start of cycle weight = 179lbs

Current body weight = 192.5lbs (+13.5lbs, in 30 days). Waist is also "28 Inches which is up 1/2 an inch from the last measurement but not bad overall considering i am around a stone up on weight.)
 
You got a tiny ass waist bro. And damn 13.5lbs in a month. That's impressive!
