Mood has continued to be good. Feeling slightly lethargic in late afternoons for some reason so Ive had to take more stims to avoid that issue.

Back is still sore and I think leg day on Sunday will be ok though. ( icy hot is my friend ) :)

My back is feeling much better but not quite 100%. Been using icy hot to keep it from tightening up. Better be 100% by Wednesday :eek: ( squat day ).

Well The Dicana at first made me really hungry but that has subsided already. I do however feel hot flashes soon after taking a dose which lasts about 15 minutes or so.


E-bol is still doing its job. I like it very much and plan on using it again.


SizeOn- Oh ya :) The flavor is great, the pumps I get with this combined with E-bol and JW are UNREAL!

I am still taking Hyperdrive and or Stizm for a stimulant and Special Tactics to help control fat gain. All is going well. The measurements say so :p

Ive had the stomach flu this week. I have kept up with my diet but didnt keep everything down all the time. I really only missed squat day on Wednesday, I made up Fridays workout on Saturday, and I will train today (Sunday ) and do legs, I may make up some squats today as well if I have the energy to do so.


I will update BF% tomorrow as I thought today was Saturday when I woke up and ate right away............ duh........... :)

I feel pretty much 100% again from the stomach flu. My back is great as well ! I did Deadlifts last night and did well so I think Im back on track from that nasty slip on the ice :)

Xtend- I think Xtend can actually help you when your sick too !
E-bol - Still feeling pumped and loving it, no side effects !
Jungle Warfare - Great to stack with many other supps, no side effects
Dicana - I think this was designed to have naked people running around,,,,, makes you HOT!!!!!!!!!

Primed Ultra used instead of Primed

I used our new Primed Ultra tonight and here is my thoughts on that:


Primed Ultra exceeded my expectations in a few ways:


Focus- Unbelievable fricken focus tonight

Pump- OMG :eek: dont even go there !!!!!! HOLY CRAPOLA is what it should of been called!

Stamina- I had 15 sets tonight, I could of kept going and going, total energy and endurance

Rest periods- Hardly any rest between sets at all !!! I did whole upper body tonight as well. Normally a pretty grueling workout.

Im very happy considering 2 tiny caps can do this compared to 2 scoops of powder. It is actually a better product than the original and I loved the original alot.

Im not having any side effects from my current stack! Everything is going according to plan :cool:
Ive noticed that Dicana doesnt make me hungry anymore but it continues to make me VERY HOT after a dose.

I dont know how Im going to eat the same diet while at the Arnold but Im going to do my best ! Sometimes when your working these expos finding time for food is very hard. I will be taking a cooler full of protein shakes, sweet potatoes ( cooked) oats & fruit whatever I can fit :) I will be sipping on my Xtend as well.

We will locate a gym for training while there as well. While others are getting drunk I will be building muscle :cool:

Training & Diet Notes:

Everything is going well. Freaky stuff is happening when I train upper lately like muscles are totally exploding with striations and I can see alot of blue under the skin in my shoulders from blood flow. It appears my front delts are coming along better as well. I had one a tad smaller which I think was because of past surgery. I am seeing more veins which is unusal for me as mine are very deep. My traps are growing too :) I have gained about 2 inches in my neck in the 7 weeks :eek: Traps seem to be a bit stubborn or slow growing for me but they are finally coming around, Im one of those people that you have to beat the heck out of them to make them respond. The valley in my back is so freaky deep now that I could hide a footlong hot dog there :D


I think Dicana is working well as I dropped weight this week but gained muscle. This would probably be a super product for a cut ( and I will soon find out ) .

Still using SizeOn and liking it very much. I do not notice any bloating from it at all. I do get bloat but it is from fruit and veggies, some contain sulfur and I react to that but it is only temporary.

I have made alot of progress and I sure hope it shows up in pictures on April 1st :D

I have felt a bit lethargic this week and really had to force myself to train, Once I am there I am ok but I think its the dreary winter, I hate winter !

Im really loving the Primed Ultra, It is better than the original and the caps are great so Im not bloated before training. I have to make several trips to the bathroom during training as it is, small bladder I guess.

Ive been using the Stizm lately, it hits me differently than Hyperdrive. It hits me faster but doesnt last as long, which is fine because I like having control over how long I am stimulated.

Still using SizeOn and liking it very much. Mixing it with Xtend is very refreshing during training. I feel I recover faster between sets and the Primed Ultra is really effecting the recovery too, I do not need much rest between sets at all.

I have been REALLY sore lately, I guess thats a good sign. For a couple weeks the soreness was not too bad but my calves are still hurting from Sunday!!!!!! I feel like I have grapefruits in there :D

Still using Special Tactics and Dicana for fat control. Iam losing body fat while gaining muscle. AWESOME !! I bet on a cut these will really help me greatly esp double dosing Dicana !

    I went through some older stats and realized this is actually very good for me. I started at 60 being tough
    for me since I had never worked chest before until one year ago. I had a small tear that had to heal and had
    to stop chest for a few weeks as well. So my older records show that 95 was my previous PR and that was tough ! So I'm not going to beat myself up over this.

Notes:

Ive been blasting the muscles trying to take advantage of the last 2 weeks of bulking. As much as I love bulking, cutting is the key to seeing my true physique that I have built over time. My goals will be to lose all this damn fat without losing muscle.

Im still using Sizeon during training with Xtend. I tried some Super Pump last night and OMG the pumps I had in my quads hurt like a MOFO, I walked like I had a wet diaper on because my legs were so swole. I came soooooo close to losing my pre-workout meal it wasnt even funny. My calves got so hard immediately and were cramping up from the pump so I had to chill on the weights, lol Now I did also use the Primed Ultra so this is TOO much ! I only used a half of serving of Super Pump as well. I do love my pumps but these were ridiculous !

I am still using E-bol and will stop at the end of this log. I dont think its doing much anymore. I think the first 4 weeks are the best for this product.

Dicana- Still using 3 caps a day. Will prolly kick it up to 6 during cutting or find something else to replace it. Not sure yet what exactly I will be using on my cutting cycle. Will be looking for a good treadmill to buy for the house as time gets closer for the stage I will be doing plenty of cardio and driving 4 miles one way to the gym twice a day gets to be a waste of alot of time.

Ive been playing around with samples of fat burners / stims like Cytolean and Rapid Cuts to see what I may like to use on my cut. There is so much out there its crazy !!!!!!! Can get to be very confusing too !!

Im sure I will continue to use Special Tactics and Lean Dreams throughout my cut as these are not stimulating in any way but can def help with fat loss.
 
Why must I get this strong just before a cut :(
