If I put my prescription testosterone vial in my checked luggage on the plane, will it leak or pop the top from the pressure at high altitude? I don't want to put it in my carry on.

I’ve done it many times with no issues. Make sure you include your prescription script just in case it’s questioned.

I always go carry on, with syringes. Bumps you to the front of the line every single time if you announce to the TSA agent who checks your ticket/ID right before security screening. "I have syringes and injectable medication that are prescribed to me in my carry-on."
