SL calf raises:3x15 100lbs
Box Squats:1x5,3x3 405lbs
DB split squat:2x15 100lbs
GHR:3x10 60lbs

NOTES: crazy quad pump today couldnt hardly walk. joints still feel good and my box squat went easier than expected. despite being tired all day today i had a great workout.
 
reg squats i always do rock bottom but box squats i just break parrallel. i like the feeling of having heavy weight on your back gets me hyped.

I'm the same. Like to rotate the two lifts simply b/c the box squat 'teaches' you to sit back. Defranco is pretty big on the box squat for his athletes and I cannot argue with him.

clap pushups:5x10
benchpress:8,8x180lbs,6,6x195lbs,4,4x215lbs
chin ups: 3sets of max reps 15,11,8 endurance is up on this!
DB floor press:3x15 75lbs a PR for me :)
push press: 4x6 145lbs felt good
finished off with some abb work.

NOTE: man everything feels really good my mood has improved my sleep has gotten better and those were really the only side effects i had and now there pretty much gone so far if i had to judge my cycle i would say hdrol is treating me pretty well its def not my favorite DS but it works just give it some time strength rises steady and it does keep you nice and tight. as for the decavol i have to say i am very impressed it does what it says it does no sides at all it kicks in nice and fast my joints feel great on it and the strength and pump arent shabby either:) if i had to compare and pick my favorite of the two compounds it would be the decavol hands down the main reasons are 1 it kicks in fast noticed it the second day i really like that about this product 2 its a non methyl so i can run it longer and at a higher dose if i choose and stack it with other compounds 3 my joints feel nice on it and 4 no side effects for me. good solid strength gains nothing crazy but a good boost.
 
Yes I will be. Not entirely sure but most likely just 4-AD and then maybe trenadrol to end it off with.

sounds good if you log it i will def follow along.

and i really like 4adutt gives almost unlimited energy. i dont know why more companies dont go with sublinguals.

squats: 335lbs 5x5 felt nice and smooth good pump
snatch grip deadlift:365lbs 3x7
GHR: 5x6 70lbs
calf raises: 275lbs 3x15
finished with some sprints.

felt great still fresh after a pretty hard workout.
but i am looking forward to my pct so i can feel normal again i feel on edge all the time on cycle and its starting to be a pain LOL.
 
haha no such luck bro i do the ghetto one too.
i found a good way to do them with a lat pull down machine though. also the natty ones work well in a pinch.

when i start training with my track team again i will have a legit GHR to work with ;)
 
a buddy of mine told me you guys have decavol utt forsale now. ive been looking forward to that for a while now.
 
ok guys worked out alittle different today i felt nice and strong so i wanted to put my cycle to the test as far as strength goes which is my main focus.

squat: 365lbs 4rep max atg rock bottom pr ive hit 365lbs before but never at 4reps im pretty happy about this it should mean my 1rep max is higher.

benchpress: 225lbs for 8reps thats a pr for me aswell i think before i started my cycle i could only hit 3reps. im very happy with this aswell because the benchpress is definitely my weakest lift. lanky @ss arms lol.

notes: i know everthing is in full swing now hdrol and decavol im a little over 4weeks in. no bad sides not much weight gain maybe 3pounds but my goal wasnt to gain size or weight it was to gain strength and speed and i think it has done that. so far pleased

libido is normal as of now. but when i first started the cycle my libido was higher then normal for first 2weeks and then it dropped back down to normal.

i dont really count calories but to give you a rough estimate somwhere around 4300cal give or take some.

got about a week and a half to go on cycle trying to do a six week cycle.
 
sorry guys havent posted in awhile i was the best man at my friends wedding crazy week didnt do as much training as i would have liked. any ways here are some workouts i did get done.

MON
standing box jump: 32" 3x10 20lbs vest
ATG squats: 5x5 325lbs
DB walking lunge: 3x30yrds 60lb DBs legs were so pumped i couldnt walk for awhile lol
finished with some ab stuff

TUES
behind back clap pushups:5x3
speed bench: 8x3 165lbs as fast as i could
weighted dips:4x6 45lbs
weighted chins: 4x6 45lbs
skull crusher: 3x10 85lbs
finished with some shrugs

nothing out of the ordinary but i still feel strong no bad sides. i notice im alittle tired at times and somtimes its hard to sleep still but other than that my libido is fine. i am looking forward to pct though i think ive been on long enough and strength is leveling off. if i didnt have such a hard time sleeping i wouldnt want to come off but the tiredness and sleepless is catching up to me.

good workout sorry guys not much to report everythings good still some sleep issues but thats it.
 
these were my last two workouts of my cycle i have enough pills for one more day and its my rest day so im just gnna use it for recovery.

box jumps: 46" 12reps
ATG squats: 335lbs 5x5
walking lunge: 3x30yrds 60lb DBs
45degree ab holds: 4x12 25lb plate

behindback clap pushups: 5x5
speed bench: 8x3 165lbs
weighted chins: 4x6 50lbs
weighted dips: 4x6 50lbs
BB skull crushers: 3x8 80lbs
finished with some shrugs.

i will post pics after pct i think that will be a better indicator of how the cycle went so please bair with me. for those that dont know my pct will be the TRS the testosterone recovery stack consists of endo amp max,toco-8 and sustain alpha. im very excited about running the trs i hope to continue to gain strength.

here are a few stats after my hdrol decavol cycle.
weight: up about 4or5lbs as i said before it fluxuates some but during the cycle i continued to very slowly gain a few lean pounds and i know they was lean because im leaner than iwas before and i was already pretty lean. also weight gain was not my goal my goals were purely for performance ie strength and speed.
strength: up in all major lifts.
Squat:before 335lbsx4 after 365x3
bench: before 225lbsx3 now 235lbsx7 im happy with this because this is def were i needed the most work :)
Deadlift: 425lbsx3 ive always had a pretty strong deadlift so i just put it on maintenance while i focused on my weak points.
Sides: not many i was pretty pleased by this the only problems i had was a hard time sleeping and some agitation at times and i think that was mostly due to the lack of sleep.
libido: normal threw out but i expect that to change once im on trs ;)

Keep those calories and training intensity up and you'll do well in PCT.
 
thanks for the support guys. pct is going fine libido is def up strength is still great it still rizing actually energy levels are good have a good sense of confidence and physique wise i have had a few compliments. but i think it was so gradual i wasnt expecting much. my family didnt really comment but friends that i havent seen for a week or so all complimented me on different things. also guys i got some disappointing news my blood test was skued so unfortunately there will be no blood results. i apolagize for inconveniencing anyone i also apolagize to primordial perfomance. as a result i am using my own supply of sustain alpha,toco8 and endo-amp i think this is only fair. so it will no longer be sponsored since im using my own im sure pp would have sent it to me any ways but i dont think that would be fair to them. again sorry everyone i will still post pics though. :)

:) thanks UK i appreciate all the support from everyone and the TRS is still workin great i feel strong i didnt even feel a drop off really after the cycle.
and i will be updating with pics as soon as im done i just want to wait till after pct that way it will show clean kept gains even after pct. thanks guys and i apologize for the lack of updates but so far everything is pretty much the same so i didnt want to just blabber LOL and take up everyones time but i am still checking and updating from time to time to show i havent forgotten about the log and pictures.
 
nice! I would love to try the TRS stack after a havoc cycle. thanks for the log. . were you going to get any blood work?
