does it effect the taste of the protein alot? I HATE HATE HATE the tatse of flax but i know it is good for me.
 
i dont use it in my personal mixes, but from the ones i have mixed i can tell you that even at 5% the smell is very apparent and i imagine the taste would be as well. we will have MCT back in stock hopefully this week so i would recommend that over the Flax
