Flax seed bad for prostate

Hey guys, new member here, been lurking for awhile. Anyways, I've found a few webpages that are saying that Flax seed might contribute to Prostate cancer. I've been told the opposite. Check out the links. Is this BS or should we stop using flax? Sucks becuase I just bought a new bottle of oil. Let me know what you guys think.

I have seen some studies that suggest flax maybe bad for the prostate but they are very dependant on the form of flax consumed. Freshly ground flax seeds seem to be the best source and have some positive studies. I wouldnt worry about your one bottle, but next time perhaps opt for the seeds.
