I made a custom formula to mimic a low carb (velocity diet like) MRP.


30% Micellar Casein
25% Whole Egg
25% WPI
20% Psyllium Husk

BSN Vanilla flavoring system.


Will this taste good, and mix well?
 
Whats going on CE, the Whole Egg will be very sulfuric and the Psyllium might have a nutty taste to it, but with the BSL flavoring I think it should taste decent. Wont be a whey isolate though, thats for sure!
 
try vanilla essence, but go easy on it just a few drops and ice cubes are good too :thumbsup:
