I've been researching long and hard this week about where to buy my next supply of Whey. I've been using Cytosport and Champion Nutrition vanilla. I was about to pull the trigger for ON 100% Whey then I found this website.
As far as I know what I've been using is whey concentrate.
From all I've read, there's not a huge difference in concentrate vs isolate except a slightly larger increase in protein per gram and less fat/lactose/carbs.
The main difference is price. So, I was thinking of buying ATW's whey concentrate but realized it's only offered in unflavored. The Isolate seems to come in several varieties. I'm assuming the isolate is the most popular. Is there some way to get vanilla whey concentrate? Am I overlooking some critical aspect to isolate?
I want to go with 10lbs. The Isolate is $30 more expensive. Is it worth it?
