The degree of hydrolysate never exceeds 8%. The reason is that the product would become so bitter it would be inedible and would make one sick. It would taste like vomit.
Others may say 20 % but it is false advertising. No one exceeds 8%. Our product is 100% hydrolyzed whey and the trick is in the blending and flavoring and not that we diluted it. I would also add that our hydrolyzed whey is produced from a very unique enzyme system that has the same affect of breaking down the enzyme chains but NOT breaking off the smaller chains that create the bitterest flavor. This is a vital component of our hydrolyzed and will withstand any laboratory testing.
Lastly I will add that our flavored hydrolyzed whey was 2 years in the making and really is a special value.
