Flashpoint Container Broken

Hey guys,

Was hoping I could get some help with an issue. I finished up my first bottle of flashpoint (been running 4 ml of Ursa Major along side it) and when I opened my second bottle of flashpoint the bottle top was broken. It’s a clean snap and I’m unable to get a top on it at all. I’ve attached some pictures.
