Flair up

What exactly does it feel like , iv had the puffy nipples before , iv had itchy .. but for today let's try and get this out there , iv even had ig a hot feeling , those are all flair ups right? Any one else have other types to add or explain ...thanks in advance brothers ! So said simply let's help everyone we can 3ven I have question as you can tell with the hot feeling
 
I never had anything worse than the itchiness and puffiness, lasted about four months and a few times I woke up scratching myself to the point of bleeding it itched so bad. Went away almost immediately when I started alpha gel, that was like six weeks ago, hasn't come back.

A good reason to have some Nolva on hand!
 
Itchy puffy nips are itchy puffy nips, early stages of gyno. If you already have gyno then you can get flare ups which is swelling and itchy puffy nips. The difference is gyno. You can't have a gyno flare up if you don't have gyno. So if you don't have it and your experience symptoms you need to lower estrogen and keep it under control. If you do already have gyno I would still get estrogen under control and then start nolva or raloxifene. If your off cycle or just on trt you can shrink it down to nothing (it will eventually come back) if your on cycle you can probably stop it from getting worse but your not getting rid of (shrinking it) on cycle unless your cycle is compromised of high dht's and then you take a ai until yiu crush e2 and feel like dogs hit.

If anyone actually wanted to really shrink it to where it's 100% visually gone you kinda need to crash your estrogen.

Most of my post is bioscience from my own trials and errors and helping people troubleshoot there gyno problems. There's no real scientific evidence that I'm aware of to prove my collective findings are gonna work for everyone

I’ve never had gyno but there were times when my nips started to get sensitive, immediately I started taking the nolvadex I keep on hand and it went away. My stomach flares up though. I can tell when my liver enzymes are getting higher and if I don’t stop or pull back I’ll get acute pancreatitis. Shits no fun, take the support supplement part of cycling more important than the actual gear itself and you’ll be good

Liver enzymes, that's why I'm asking basicly it came down to ,I stopped my cycle my nipples got big, not puffy but relaxed I freaked out I took 50mg formestane after I had already taken clomid 25 mg , haven't been doing enough of anything thought ok I have 4 andro and s23 wile I Waite for the rest of my stuff , well in shirt s23 at 10mg a day is basicly a headache all day and a ball pain. So I stopped 2 days ago half life is 12 hours so I gave it 24 , well last night I thought I was having a heart attack or something so I stayed near my wife trying to play it cool she don't know what I do , didn't work out becouse I was scared in my head chest hurts , I don't know if my natural test didn't even start to drop and I hit that clomid and shot it to the moon or what .. any input , everything rn seem fine haven't taken anything for the last 12 hours I want off now lol I'm done with sarms for ever

Now that you say that , I was getting light headed for about 2 days, I'm just going to chill out for now and wait for my real cycle to come in. Iv never felt anything like that no other cycle of anything
