AHHH, I was 260+ @ 5'10" my Junior year... half a foot shorter and 100lbs heavier...

Thanks bud I remember when my whole arm was the size of the smallest portion of my forearm near my hand..NOT EVEN KIDDING (was 6 ft 135 lbs like 5 years ago). I deff need to get my forearm size up more out of proportion with my upper arm size.

My forearms are pretty small... I use no grips on almost all my back workouts...

One thing I've done to try and build size is to squeeze the living HELL out of the weight on any curl movement, or actually could be any movement for that matter. Another thing I like is behind the back barbell wrist curls with the backs of my wrists/arms supported against my ass.
And lastly DEADLIFTS lol :)
I don't focus too much on forearm work for the muscles closer to my wrists...I just figure the more everything else grows, the more they will grow.
Oh and hammer curls help out a lot to get that brachial (sp?) muscle growing and pushing your outer most muscles out more, thus making them look bigger as well.

Today was shoulders!
Like I stated earlier, my neck has been bothering me and I have temporarily deviated from my 5x5 plan to take it easy on it.
SO I decided to have some fun today. Read an article before bed last night on here talking about stubborn muscles. Well, my delts are a stubborn muscle!
Went like this:

Seated BB military press:
2 warmup sets with 135
Multipe sets of 165, first set I reached 6 reps with 185 and decided it was too much for my neck, so deloaded to 165 and pushed out as many reps as I could til failure, resting 20 seconds between each set, until I reached 30 total reps.
After this, having limitations on time, I went into the boxing room and grabbed some 5's and shadow boxed in the mirror, throwing a nonstop flurry of jabs, hooks, uppercuts, etc, for 5 minutes straight. Was a KILLER workout for my shoulders and I know I'm gonna feel it tomorrow.

I took 4 Hypertrop X and only 1 scoop Pump Fixx today, reason for only 1 was because I was falling asleep at work and around 3 I felt like I pretty much HAD to have a boost so I popped two AI Motivates, which was 80 mg caffeine I think, along with 1,3 dime and some other things.
Didn't want to overdo the caffeine this late in the day so I could avoid high cortisol levels. My sleep schedule lately is culprit enough for high stress, and currently with my increasingly busy and hectic life outside of work, I try to avoid cortisol all I can!!!

Anyways, kept the stress off my neck the best I could, and got a great, fun, and different shoulder workout in tonight.

I'm about to down a footlong steak sub on wheat bread because my ground beef is still frozen. I think I will have a Poet's Oatmeal Ale to wash it down ;)

Yes...my last cycle was more of a "lean bulk" and being almost through PCT I think it is safe to say it's BULKING TIME!!!! I will be starting my PhytoTest/SA any day now, using that as kind of a primer to another lean bulk, possibly grabbing another natty T booster after the 4 week log is up for another 4 weeker, and if I do that I will use that last 4 weeks as my 3,2,1 strength primer to my next PH cycle, which will follow a 5x5 style. And it will also be my FIRST EVER 5x5 on a bulk!

I was just thinking maybe your neck issues are stemming from how you have your neck placement on squats/deadlifts.. or possibly you have the bar on squats too high on your back I keep mine on the meat of my shoulders to avoid compression on the neck

Sorry it has been a while since my last update. Been a verrrry busy guy lately. I've talked to mr. bigrigatoni himself thru email and it seems he has been busy with some new supplements and reformulations, very excited to see that!
Also, did anybody see PUMP FIXX FOR $10 ON NUTRAPLANET! Holy sh!t I need to stock up.

I will just updated from my latest gym experience. I did 3 scoops again of Pump Fixx for that insane pump along with not 4 but 6 Hypertrop X this time and hit the gym for what ended up being a total upper body workout.

I really wanted to stick with my 5x5 3 day split but it just isn't happening with my neck. I tested the waters with some lighter weights for squats and deads just to see how it felt and all was well, but for now I think I will just stay away from the heavy weights for another week, planning to get fixed up tuesday.

So my actual workout looked like this:
Incline BB press: 5x15,12,10,8,20
Flat DB press: 3x10
An onslaught of bi/tri supersets
Bent over DB rows: 4x12
Seated cable rows: 3x12
Supersetted with bodyweight wide grip pullups :)
DB Clean and press: 5x15,12,10,8,20

GOOD DAY! Was very pumped and could barely get my shirt off.

I ended up dipping in the Body Mortar for an extra scoop since I finished my first one in 20 minutes.
The Blue Raz is phenominal!

you wanna make your biceps grow quick, do occlusive training. I went from 18" to 19" in a relatively short amount of time doing this, and at 6'7" with the wingspan I have, thats a hard thing to do. 20" here i come!

Not really, mixed with 16 oz water is perfect. Although I will admit, 3 scoops last time foamed up like a science experiment IN me and I was Dum Fixxing for the rest of the night lol...think on my dirtier diet days I'm going to stick with 2 scoops.

I drop 2 scoops into a coffee cup add about 6 oz of water 2nd stir then drink. Works sid for me

It's getting to be too many lol. This one has two scoops left in it and it's done, so one more good arm day.
PLCAR got about 3 days left.
Think I may run it on cycle for the health support.
 
Yeah Flex I always mix anything in only about 4-6 oz of water at the most and then just sip on water the rest of the time. I only drink water, coffee, or tea otherwise and don't like drinking 16 oz of things. Just my preference. Besides, I feel it's easier and faster, and helps things kick in a little faster. IMO many of the recs to mix with a lot of water and such is so that either taste isn't too strong for the customer or to help them drink enough water in their day. Either which I have no problem with. I also just swirl it or use a chopstick to mix quickly.

You get the beta tingles? Some do like me and some don't. I like them personally.

I get them pretty good with this combo. On 4 Hypertrop X they aren't as noticeable which is the main reason I have to take 6.
But other people should keep in mind that I am a BA tingle FREAK, just completely obsessed with it, so it takes more BA to satisfy me than it would for other people.
I am actually thinking I might add another 2g BA next time I take this stack lol.
