It is supposed to be for Intermittent Fasting but I am using the calculator to figure my daily needs for on and off days.
The results for the calculations seem a tad low so I am going to just increase them by a little bit.
It says on workout days I should be getting around 4100 calories in, with close to 400 grams of carbs.
I am thinking more like 4500, with 350 grams of carbs and 250 protein.
The off day calories seem to be more accurate, the low side of 3500 cals for off days.

3 a week man that doesn't sound fun lol. What's your caloric intake look like? Are you the type to put it on fairly fast?
I could eat 6k cals for a week off cycle and probably only put on a pound or two!

LoL its not fun but i got a bunch of older guy's in my unit who do at least 20 full marathons a year so it's easy to go jump in on a run with them they make me feel like a lightweight when i pull off after 5k and they keep going. I usually range from 4500 calories a day but it varies depending on my mood, but it doesn't go below 4000 or above 5000. I Def put it on fast, I'm jelly of the guys who eat like monsters and gain nothing.

Well I am on a day schedule now for a couple weeks so time to really put this stuff to the test. My lifts are so much better on a day schedule. No f'd up workout schedules on my off days, I get up and go to bed at the same time every day. First dose down the hatch @ 6am.......workout coming at 6:30pm, double dose around 5pm.

That every 2 week schedule swap sounds like it's worse then my schedule which it is. Don't how you keep flipping it like that every 2 weeks.

Non the less as long as youre bringing it in the gym that's all that matters.

Man I couldn't change shifts like that....8-4, no weekends, perfect for me.
 
Workout time! Listening to the new Five Finger Death Punch cd on the way to the gym...
Military press, squats, BB rows? Sounds good. Probably add some light chest work in, punish tri's a little, and throw in some shrug burnout sets if I have time.
Lets go!

My workouts been like... Main 5x5 lifts plus I do an extra day in there cause I'm crazy. Usually I do like a power day for two and a rep day for the third. Then stick on lagging bodyparts.

That's right, only way to do it! I treat the gym like an all you can eat buffet. Go in there planning to get my good macros first (meats, potatoes, the healthier stuff) and then when I get my fill, I over indulge with a little bit of this, little bit of that, maybe even a small dessert lol.

I'm the same way. Sometimes I can venture into overtraining cuz I just don't want to leave the gym.
If only there were no such thing, I would spend a whole day in there and just knock it all out!

Preworkout dose taken with lots of good fats, around 4:30pm.
Another dose (4th) taken at 5:30pm. This is how I am "double dosing" my preworkout.
Feels so good to be back on days!

Military press:
105x10
135x5
150x5
185x5
205x5 (pr?)

Bent over BB rows:
135x5
165x5
185x5
205x5
225x7 (PR)

Squats:
135x5
165x5
195x5
225x5
245x5 (could have got one more with bad form)

I wouldn't really call my squat a PR because I haven't gone heavy in so long, I'm just cautiously building weight back up to make sure I don't blow out my knee.

Close grip tri press on smith (strip sets, no rest):
185x9
175x8
155x6
Wrist hurting too much, had to stop

Shoulder height cable cross for chest, supersetted with reverse grip pressdowns (strip sets):
50'sx21----60x6, 50x7, 40x7
50'sx18----50x8, 40x8, 30x10

All done.
Got an excellent pump tonight, chest felt really full, and my biceps even felt pretty full and tight just from the constant tension on cable cross.
Who thinks these PR's and pumps are a good sign???


P.S. Pure Protein chocolate flavor mixed with 8 oz water tastes like licking stainless steel and chasing it with a wad of notebook paper lol.

Just scarfed down 1000 calories of pure bliss: Shrimp, steak, mixed veggies, fried rice from the local Asian takeout place. They do Korean, Chinese, and Japanese on the menu, but this is the only thing I ever order lol. Almost got a California roll too but decided against it.
As soon as I get that second bottle of P-Bold in I am bumping the dose up to 6 a day. I'll have to look back through my ideas in page 1 or 2 and see how I'm going to dose it. Thinking of this:

First thing AM (6am): 20mg
11am: 20mg
4pm: 20mg
5pm: 20mg
7:30pm: 20mg
9:30pm: 20mg

Either that or I will go with 40mg in the morning.
Anyone else have a better idea?
