Hi this question is directed to fitnfirm but I would greatly appreciate anyone's advice on this topic. My fiance would like to pick up about 10 lbs in the next 3 months for our wedding/honeymoon and most importantly herself. She is very lean with visible abs (roughly 12%) bodyfat. She has a sound compound exercise based program and is currently using creatine and whey. She has used anagen in the past and it ripped her out and made her strong but not bigger. I told her I would ask you guys for supplements/small dose ph's that would help a female lifter gain some serious quality muscle. Please help guys and gals
