thought i would share this with you guys. It's a good site, lets you track you bf%, measurements, meals, workouts, and you can keep a journal. Just another way to keep track of you progress.

Pretty cool little tool. I signed up. We'll see how it works out.
 
Yeah, it's pretty a pretty good tool. Really depends on if you want to take the time to type in all of the info. Unfortunately I normally keep w/things like this for a few weeks and then just revert back to my pen and pad. Oh well, hopefully you guys can get some use of it.
