And also, my next squat workout is my last deload of this cycle. Then I have to test out my new 1RMs after adding 5 pounds to bench and shoulder press, and 10 pounds to each squat and dead lift. I have 70 pounds worth of Olympic plates supposedly showing up tomorrow as well :)

My triceps are still ready to explode, haha!! I did about 10 minutes of lowish intensity on the stationary bike to finish off the workout, sweating like a mad man. I'll see if I have a new weight in the next few days, I just popped back down to 156.6 this afternoon. Nothing new to report there, as my all time low is 155.6, which was just last week.
 
Maybe like 45 seconds? I did a few reps until I couldn't.. And waited a second and did a few more.

Nice! I do similar thing to really crush my tris. When I feel like I can't get anymore reps with the weight, I grab a band and wrap it over the top of cable crossover area. Then I set phone for 1 minute and do as many pushdown reps with the band as I can in 1 minute. After that, pump like mofo.

That's sweet man, I can imagine. Took today for a rest day as I can feel the soreness in my chest pretty good today. Took a scoop of fitmax before work and sweat like crazy, haha. I have a couple of servings left :( weighed in at 155 today. Good stuff!!
 
Thanks guys, it seems like they took the thanks button off from the app. No gym again today, having some lower back/sciatica issues :( I'm going to try to lift right when I wake up tomorrow morning.

Damn man, my left wrist was bothering me last week.. I feel your pain brother. I still have back pain, but I powered through it!
 
Yea, I dove for a ball and bent it back. Now have very little range of motion, swelling and bruising. I have the worst luck with stupid injuries.

Thanks brother! I have a shoulder workout to upload, and should be crushing legs later today too. Had an off day yesterday. Popped 2 scoops of fitmax this morning, as I only had about 2 hours of sleep last night.. Zzz, I felt some hardcore rage this morning after drinking it. Haha. Have about 4 scoops left maybe?

A big thanks to Performax Labs and cubsfan815 for allowing me to log this awesome product!! I started the log at 161 pounds and ended today with a weight of 155 pounds. I dropped 6 pounds in around a months time, all while maintaining strength which is awesome!! At first I didn't notice a whole lot with just 1 scoop, except for some stomach discomfort..which resided on about the 4th or 5th day. Once I got up to 1.5/2 scoops I was a sweating machine, and it gave me a great boost in the AM upon waking. It did not taste bad, just a little tart..and mixes well. I would recommend this supplement to anyone asking me for a good pre-workout/fat burner.
