yeah it was alright. Every year there are more and more people. This year was so so. Doubt I'll go next year. It took an hour to find parking!

yeah man. I normally go Sunday's which is a little better. I'm not the type that's into pictures etc with "famous" lifters lol. It is quite motivating/humbling though. Plus most of the companies suck and prices aren't any better than online. I guess they're doing one in Anaheim later on in the year which will hopefully be better. La sucks.

I was there today, finaflex had some deals! All I have to say is, I always get great deals on expos. I got there around 2p and the crowd was dissipatating already. Got in for free too
