What are some good fish oils to take? Ive heard alot of recommendations for them, but i dont know any good products.

Nutra planet has bulk Omega-3 caps for a great price. Cant go wrong with a 1000 caps for under 30 bucks.

This is what i have been using. I usually dose one with just about each meal.

I have also used Health from the sea citrus flavored oil, it adds a fruity flavor to my supershakes.

NOW makes great products. The best fish oil imo is prosource's...but i'd probably get yelled at for saying that since you can't purchase it at Nutraplanet so strike that from the record...haha.

I've read several times that Udo's is real good.

It comes in liquid form though, don't think they make capsules for it. Kinda expensive too. I just use capsules from Nature Made brand that I find at CVS or other grocery stores.

if you're looking for a solid essential fatty acid suplement you can't look past Animal Omega, whether youre bulking or cutting adding this to your arsenal will really kick you into overdrive.
It's got a great ingredients list and covers all your essental fat bases...
