Fish Oil Triglycerides vs. Ethyl Esthers

Recently I heard that not all fish oil is created equal. Even worse, most fish oil out there can ultimately do more harm than good because of the way it is processed/extracted.
I googled "fish oil triglycerides" and this is the first article I came up with:

Fish oil has been a staple in my pill popping routine. But after reading this type of stuff and then looking at the prices of fish oil in triglyceride form compared to the warehouse priced fish oil I usually buy....yeeesh!!! Not sure what now. Canned sardines maybe?
