Fish oil question

I bought nature bounty fish oil 1000mg.The label says,''take 3 capsules a day''.Will it be fine to take only two.

Yes, it will be fine.. It's just a recommended dosage from teh manufactor. I have a brand that suggest 10 capsules à 1000 mg per day.
So continute to take 2 if you feel like it, no problem at all

This product only contains 300mg of EPA/DHA per gel cap. That would equal out to 600mg - 900mg depending on if you take 2 or 3.

Personally, to get the full health benefits of Fish Oil, one should consume atleast 2000mg of High Quality EPA/DHA daily. I personally take 3000mg - 3500mg of EPA/DHA daily.
