Hello all,
I am new to this forum, but not new to forums in general, so as a n00b, i would like to say hi to all of you, and it seems you have a great forum here.
now, i am not new to working out, nor am i new to taking some supplements from time to time, although for the most part i have stuck to amino acids, creatine and protein powder. i am in the navy and work out about 3 times a week, but have kind of hit a plateau. so here is what i have on hand for my first cycle, i have searched this and other forums, and havent seen anyone doing exactly the same thing, so i wanted to make sure i had the supports all right, please inform me if i need to add or subtract or do something differently. here is what i have on hand:
trenadrol
formadrol
milk thistle
saw palmetto
DHEA
5-htp
along with multivitamins, fish oil, protein powder and creatine.
here is my plan of action:
take one 30 mg trenadrol pill every day for a week or so, and starting the hawthorn berry at the recommended dosage on the bottle, 565mg once or twice a day, continuing this through my cycle. DHEA at one 25 mg pill a day throughout the cycle and 5-htp at 100mg a day up to twice daily throughout the cycle. after one week of trenadrol at the minimum dose, i will up the dose to 60 mgs IF i feel it would be helpful, in which case i would continue this for the following 4 weeks until the bottle is gone, but if 60 mgs seems to high for me, i would only take it out to a 6 weeks in total, using 30mgs the whole time.
toward the end of the cycle, i will begin adding the milk thistle at the bottle recommended dosage of 200 mgs up to three times daily. also i would start taking the saw palmetto at 160mgs daily, and this is also when i would begin taking the formadrol xl at two a day.
please let me know if i am missing anything, or should change anything up. i havent started yet as i want to do all my research before i begin (and on the 14th i am having a party and want to be able to drink
) - im not looking forward to giving up caffeine either

ht:5'10"
wt:190lbs
goals: burn off fat and gain some lean muscle mass
