Hi guys,
Been a long time lurker on this forum, browsing many threads researching etc I have finally decided to try PED's
Let me tell you a little about myself, I am a 29 year old male, young fit and healthy as far as I am aware with no previous known medical conditions and I have been going to the gym and lifting for around 6 years 100% naturally.
The last year or so I have been at that frustrating stage where gains if any at all seem to come at an absolute snails pace and it has been causing a serious lack of motivation for me.
I have not really been to the gym in the last 5 months and have gotten out of shape lost muscle and put on fat (gained over 1st).
This needs to change so I have finally decided that the time is right to start using some form of PED. I have chosen to try SARMs and in particular Ostarine the reason I have chosen this is because I want to start out by trying something really mild to see how I get on with it.
This is my proposed cycle
8 weeks long Osta solo cycle
15/15/20/20/25/25/25/25
In terms of PCT although Osta is mild I have read it can be suppressive so I will run Nolva to be safe.
20/20/10/10
I also will be taking during the cycle, the usual, multi vit, fish oil, glucosamine.
This is all new to me and I have tried to research as much as I can but there seems to be a lot of conflicting info out there. How does this cycle look to you guys? Have I missed anything?
P.S I know Osta is mild and is not a miracle pill, I am just looking to get back into shape quicker that what I could achieve naturally and get my motivation back!
