First time user logging a Havoc cycle

Lost pretty much everything,,,My PCT sucked tho....I did not follow it properly....My gains first time around were not all lean, but then again my diet was not the greatest...

This time around I am doing a clean bulk on all Paleo friendly foods and will follow my PCT as planned....
 
sucks you lost it all, man! hope this time around is better for you! Im on board for sure though man! when is the start date?
 
Up 12 pounds already,,,,Seriously DAMN.....Hope I can maintain something thru PCT this time around...

Note--I did adjust my diet accordingly also,,so I am not claiming 12 pounds just from Epi.... I cranked my carbs up throughout the day..I normally only do carbs PWO
