First time SERM PCT

Today is day 1 of PCT. Cycle was Mechabol solo for 30 days @ 100mg a day. Great cycle and gained 10 lean lbs. OK for PCT think I have all bases covered.

- Liquid tamox 20/20/10/10
- AMMO Labs Kickstart RX (50mg arimistane, 100mg formestane, 1500mg fadogia PE)
- Test powder
- Anabeta Elite
- Gaspari Size On
- regular staples

This is my first time using a SERM. Not doing a log, will just maybe update to compare to my OTC PCT's. Cycle history is Hdrol, AMS 1-andro and 4-andro stack, epistane, and a furazadrol/ 4-andro stack. OTC was OK for all except epistane. Had the most miserable 2 months of my life after.

Libido dropped on Mecha after 2 weeks and testes shrunk by the fourth week. Hoping this PCT goes well.
 
Hate to beat a dead horse but sometimes the Internet can be a blessing or a curse with so much information. The more research you do the more conflicting info you get. I know most people on this forum advocate using a SERM but on some others including some popular steroid and prohormone sites there are some articles and people ranting about how SERMS do not restore HPTA. I'm not going to go through all their points or studies they point to because a simple google search can find them. Like I said I am using nolva but still trying to find the truth to all this.

nolva binds to estrogen receptors in breast. if estrogen cant bind to those, then you wont get gyno. bam, simplified nolva argument for you

clomid stimulates hypothalamus in men. hypothalamus controls pituitary. pituitary controls testicles. testicles control testosterone. bam, simplified clomid argument for you

i dont know torem cuz im a dumass and have never used it. im a clomid person

whether you use one or not is up to you. now you know the reasons behind using 2 of them

Toremifene: Usually dosed around 60 mgs, some dose it up to 240 mgs. Its androgenicity:estrogenicity ratio is 5x that of Nolvadex. It is prescribed to female patients for breast cancer and has shown a high affinity for bonding to the Estrogen receptors in the breast tissue. Male patients treated with toremifene citrate 80 mg compared to placebo demonstrated statistically significant increases in bone mineral density in the lumbar spine, hip, and femur skeletal sites. It decreased the risk by up to 50%. Toremifene citrate 80 mg treatment compared to placebo also resulted in a decrease in total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides, and an increase in HDL. There were also statistically significant improvements in gynecomastia. This data are from an ongoing study of men receiving treatment for ADT (androgen depravation therapy). These men are receiving ADT for advanced prostate cancer. ADT removes much of the testosterone and estrogen in the body which helps the prostatic cancer cells grow. So these men were suffering from side effects from reduced estrogen and testosterone in the body. Some studies have even suggested that Torm doesn't regulate progesterone receptors and we may see in the future the possibility of using it with 19-nors. Some possible side effects include the risk of stroke, pulmonary embolism, and cataracts. A typical PCT of Toremifene only would be similar to this: Week 1: 120mg ED Week 2: 90mg ED Week 3: 60mg ED Week 4: 30mg ED
 
So nolva will help prevent gyno which has never been an issue for me luckily. But will it help my overall recovery of test production faster than my otc supps? Like I said I started it today at 20mg. I also have clomid that I thought I would save for my next cycle which will be trenazone. Would it be better to run it with the nolva? Thanks for the responses.

well tamoxfen citrate stimulates the pituitary to release Lh and FSH, which are the gonadotropins responsible for your nutsack working correctly. i dont know how effective it is at doing it since every study on serms is pretty much on cancer patients
 
Day 1 felt fine. Was mostly worried about stomach issues from hitting my system with all these new supps but felt good all day and slept great. Took my nolva with orange juice as suggested from others and didn't even taste it.

Today decided to just squirt the nolva into my mouth and chase it with my amino drink. Bad move, hours later and still can't get the taste off my tongue. Oh well, not that bad but back to OJ tomorrow.

Yesterday was an off day but looking forward to hitting the weights this evening.

I do mine with public lemonade(local supermarket in my area if you aren't familiar)
I did that too... I held it in there a few seconds too haha it started to burn!
