First Time PH

I 23, 170lbs and have been working out over 10 years. With that out of the way, i am thinking about running a 5 week cycle of p-mag and i was wondering if this is enough support supps.

Pre-load cycle assist 2 weeks ahead and during cycle
Pct: Erase, DAA, other natty test booster, milk thistle/hawthorne
 
where's your SERM?
 
I dont know, never done one - been researching for the past few months before I go down that road.

You will get mixed opinions on whether you need a serm, but its a cheap insurance if you develop the need for it, best to have it on hand and not use it than not have it and need it.

I personnaly have a stash of PH's and Nolvadex (liquid tamoxifen) on hand when I decide to do this.
 
the main barrier to my using nolva is that it is hard to get (at least it seems that way) all the other stuff i can get straight from nutraplanet no problem
 
20 extra bucks for insurance? id do it. gotta use google to find serms
 
thanks for the replies, on a sidenote, what kind of dosing do you recommend for pct if i used nolva?

thats 20 ed for week 1, 20 ed for week 2... etc..
 
what do you recommend for dosage on the p-mag? i was thinking 50/75/75/75/100. is that too much for a beginner? i've taken natty test boosters before so im kinda familiar with the effects
