FIRST TIME PH USER

Hey guys, I ordered Trifecta by lg sciences (I realize it's weak, that's exactly why I did so). I have a couple questions: Do I need any kind of cycle support with this? Also, is the included pct enough? I already have slight gyno so I wanna make sure I avoid any more. Also, ANY advice in any way would be greatly appreciated. I wanna make sure I do this right, get the most out of it, and possibly use it as a stepping stone into some better ph's in the future.
 
And please don't tell me to read stickies. I currently just want advice on my current situation. I'll read more and take in other info regarding ph's at my own leisure. Thanks
 
I'd say grab an AI to keep on hand just to be safe and use a serm , if you don't think the serm is necessary still grab it and keep it for next time atleasr
 
Is that for pct or during a cycle? Also, isn't n AI for estrogen? Because the form-xt pct is supposed to have an estrogen blocker i believe. thanks
 
Don't tell us to not tell you to read the sticky when every question you asked has an answer in one of them.

Get a SERM and learn about what you're actually doing to your body.
 
Well considering all I ever see is conflicting info, I figured I would try to actually ask people and get firsthand advice, smart one. Especially since everything I've found says that a serm is not needed with trifecta. Then there are people like you.

if you can't do your own research and learn about these things and formulate your own opinion on the matter based off of facts, anecdotal evidence, and the availability and pricing of a SERM than you are not smart enough to run something hormonal.
 
If you run anything suppressive to your hormones I'd recommend getting a serm like nolva or clomid which will not come with the trifecta stack. you'll have to pick a serm up from somewhere else.
 
An AI would be needed and Serm for pct such as clomid 50/50/25/25 is usual. For AI maybe ar1macare pro during cycle.Also exemestane for gyno flairs but doubt you'll need it cant be too careful.
