First Time PH Cycle after 9 Years of Hardwork Naturally

lol yea for real, i wasn't like this before i went in i know that much got 8 yrs in got out about 9 months ago and i was cool then i lost my friend two weeks ago and had some other things going on and BOOM like a ton of bricks i really started breaking and its been non stop for a while.. its gotten a little better lately but still ROUGH!

Born n Raises in Bakersfield, Then lived in Van Nuys/Canoga Park for a while, I'm out in Lakewood(southwest Denver) Colorado now, been kinda stuck out here for some years now but I plan to go back soon enough, I miss the f**k outta my family and just the place period, just been out here in CO with my mom since I left.. where you at again? maybe we can meet up when I take my trip out there.

I am sooo in for that, us 3 like 3's company on roids, I gurantee we would have EVERYONE breaking necks and I don't drink either but ill hit the bar anyways. love it!
 
So quick update, last week I got in 3 days of back/chest/legs and miss two cause of some personal things going on now with another friend and good ole holidays closing gyms down who does that?!?!?! anyways I started Super DMZ 3.0 on my final week of halo I've decided since ive been feeling really good and no sides at all from the halo cycle im gonna run it 100mg halo daily until next Friday, started the sdmz 3.0 last Friday at 1 cap twice daily (10mg msten/10mg dmz/10 mg m1a)

halo 100mg(2 50mg caps) x 5 more days
sdmz 20mg(2 caps) x 4 weeks
cel cycle assist 4caps twice daily

bumped my cycle assist up to 4 caps twice daily which is two servings plus im ordering tudca will hopefully have it by the end of 1st week to add in wit hthat and possibly some dermacrin or if I need be estrostrike (75mg arimistane/150 formestane) but I get the feeling im not gonna have any issues with this 4 week sdmz as long as I keep my liver supps up to par, anyone think I could possibly face any kind of estrogen related sides or any tips to improve this cycle to the fullest? appreciate it and will talk soon. p/s its been 3 days since I started the sdmz and definitely feeling thirstier and more energy, and a little stronger muscle contractions from just flexing and so fourth... any experiences or anything else feel free to jump in! you guys have a happy new year!
 
mixedup do you think Tudca is really worth it over milk thistle considering the price difference?

Ifrom everything I've read tudca is great but I came up on milkthistle I've done halotestin m1t 30mg sd all on milk thistle and I get tested regularly my liver values have always come back to range I think people just dose their milkthistle a little low I run over 100mg a day
 
That's what im trying to figure out tudca over the milk thistle and NAC I know I read that tudca does do a lot more you but its expensive but I found some supps with it for cheap...

If you want to go tudca lgi protection sup is about the best deal imo

Yessir and 100mg halo is what ive ran the entire time, didn't really notice anything but a little bit more strength gains, tiny bit of leaning out and a little bit more endurance in my workout routine after the 4th week, I was a little disappointed so I said screw it and started the sdmz 3.0 10mg per cap 1 cap twice daily with one 50mg cap of halo twice daily, I'm also contemplating throwing in Diabolix which is m14add clone after my halo is done and running that the 3 weeks with the sdmz 3.0, possibly going at a 15mg cap twice daily of that for 30mg a day for 3 weeks,

we'll see what happens by this Friday, my goal is to be a little more stacked hopefully gaining around 10-12lbs by the end of January which shouldn't be hard as I can gain 3-5lbs a week without ph's if I hit it REALLY hard and keep my calories high.. muscle memory is a big part of it, I am still regaining some mass I lost over the last few months I was 187 and right now im about 178, if I can hit 192 by Feb I would be very happy, after this 10 week total cycle im gonna run a solid 4 week pct and then start on Alpha M60 (m1a/chlostebol) and stack that with m14add(diabolix) 45mg a day... with the end results being around 205lbs by late spring... will keep you guys updated. ;)
 
Dude I would advise against also throwing in Diabolix. At some point your health and common sense have to take priority over your desire to get huge in 1 cycle. Do you know how to pct yet? Not by reading, but by doing? You're already coming off one cycle into another 3 compound cycle, IMO don't add a 4th.

Yeah be careful man, I was wondering the same thing. I wouldn't run any cycle or combined cycle longer than 8 weeks except maybe tren.

I appreciate it bro, yea I decided it wouldn't be worth it to try the diabolix, and i'm definitely on top of the pct, im gonna make sure I keep everything I can and recover fully from this, I understand the aspects of shutdown and other side's associated with it and will run a solid pct after this, as always thank you guys for the feedback! the common sense part is where you guys come in LOL ;)

SUP3R PCT will eliminate estrogen and boost testosterone while it also has 40mg Arimistane and im concerned if this will cause an estrogen rebound once i finish my PCT
Should i go with something like 6-bromo instead of sup3r PCT ?Should i take an AI during my halo cycle ? Im a bit confused , whats your advice ?

You don't really need an AI DURING unless you are sensitive to hormone levels and everything you planned looks solid )9'for it. And the sup3r is pct is a Solid choice so use that.and use an AI the last two weeks of Nolva and two weeks following the Nolva to prevent. Estro rebound
 
Yea I agree looks like a great cycle, I did 100 all the way through but 75 is cool im sure, everyone's body is different with these things and with training as well as everything else in the world adding into it, so I would say have an ai on hand JUST in case you notice anything after a couple weeks but I highly doubt you will have any sides from it, also what kind of shape are you in and how long you been training right now? I think that has a huge effect on how your run will be because if you don't have a great base(being in good/great shape already) then its a chance you might have negative results from anything you decide to throw in, also I agree with the AI 2 weeks following the serm, I would go 4 weeks on the whole pct cycle you got lined up followed by two weeks of DAA/Arimistane/any other test boost you decide to toss in and make sure you keep your arimistane at 75mg a day or higher I feel like under that its not as effective (IMO) but you should be pretty good man, sounds like your ready... make sure to log it as well if you didn't mention that already!

Im 25yo and i have been lifting on and off for 5-6 years, really consistenly for the last 1.5-2 years. 81 kg, 11% bf. Plan on going for about 4000 calories on my cycle. I will keep my pct as it is and have something like EL1MINATE, 6 bromo , or Formeron for an AI and keep it just incase for the cycle and start it at 3rd week of nolva and slowly taper it down . Sounds good
Any advice regarding what AI worked best for you?
 
As far as PCT AI's I think anything with 75mg arimistane is great and 5a - hydroxyl-laxogenin together those two are freaking awesome! maybe try to get something reasonably priced with laxo like maybe the dermastrength lotion, anogenin from black stone labs is kind of pricy, I think OL has a pill for of 5a-hydroxy cant remember but check around, I think those two are the best, I wouildnt mess with anything else other then those two, the serm itself should pretty much kick ass of all the other estro issues specially with a mild PH like halo, and sounds like your in prime shape to check it out, I waited til now which im 31 years old have been hitting it for 9 years solid and finally said screw it, I know without them with ALOT of super hard work and supplementys I could probably gain a little more but I felt like getting a little help so I turned to the ph world and like what I see so far with myself and others.. any other questions feel free to ask, what do you plan on trying to do on cycle (gain/recomp)?>
 
I plan on gaining as much as i can, going from 3400-3500 to 4000 calories on cycle and raising fats while lowering carbs for pct to help with test production. Because its my first cycle and im still 25 i want to start with a mild compound and get my pct right and all, so i dont **** up my hormone production at a young age.
I will be going with either 4 Hydroxyandrostenedione - something like Formeron or Androsta 3 5-diene-7 17-dione- Elim1nate , if i introduce the AI at a low dose on the 2 final weeks of Halo as i will up the dosage to 100mg, so im safe if it aromatises, then up the ai dose in week 3 of PCT and slowly taper it down How does that sound ?

Every bit of research I've done on it. Seems to dry some guys up - yes. Doesn't mean that's a drop in estro. I have yet to see one single shred of evidence (bloods) that it lowers estrogen. Some say it lowers cortisol but who knows.
 
Isnt that what i need it for? I dont want to suppress my estrogen as i risk of getting a rebound when im off right ?, i just want to block aromatisation during my cycle, just a low dose on the last 2 weeks if it happens.
Estrogen will still rise if my test is high ? or it only goes up when aromatise of test happens ?
 
Could possibly just be a diuretic. Also Laxogenin is not an AI if that's what was being implied. If not then I misunderstood. But yes, OL offers both TD and oral lax with Str3ngth and DermaStrength.

Your estro production will go up cause your body is making so much test but halo doesn't aromatize so you shouldn't have an issue, but its still good to keep ai on hand cause ai does kill estro so like arimistane/formestane etc.. and from all my experience and other people ive seen have issues when they used arimistane its got rid of their estro related sides so I believe it would work good. you should be fine bro! ;)
