Definitely can tell that once I get to sleep, it is enhancing sleep quality. Previously I would just take 500mg magnesium glycinate before bed. I can tell right now this is far superior. Once I begin to work again, and get regulated, and get over these viruses, I am sure the benefits will be more obvious.

Night 13

Fell asleep around 1. Awoke at around 5, and was up until 6. Fell asleep again, and got up around 8:30. I did not want to get up, but toddler wanted me out of bed. I got up, but feel much better today than the previous couple days. Still have mucus issues, but I am on the positive right now. Libido still high even though sick. Body still sore overall due to being under the weather. That said, I am hitting chest again now, and even though I am achy, the workout I feel generally good. Sometime, many time, if you are mentally well, you can overcome physical obstacles. I believe the minerals are giving me good cognition.

Weight 171.5 with gym clothes, so I will give myself 170.5. Had very little carbohydrates yesterday, so my weight bounces around a lot due to my diet style: carb backloading. When I do a ton of carbs when carb backloading, I get up to 174-5, and when I have very little carbs, close to 170. Also, not on creatine at the moment.

Night 14
I really should have written how I felt yesterday, and how my sleep was. I did not, as I though I surely would remember my experiences from yesterday. Wrong. I was wrong. All I know is that toward the end of the night I was stressed because my leave of absence was ending, and I started work the next day..

Night 15

Last night. I was tired. Surprised I fell asleep before 11pm, which is great because I had previously fallen asleep between 1 and 2am for many days in a row. Only issue was, I was used to waking up between 830-10am every day, and this morning I had to get up at 515am. As I said, I fell asleep around 11, and stayed asleep until 2am to urinate. Went back to bed, and woke at 5. Dreams were vivid, but this stress is causing me to be very forgetful lately. Not even KSM66 is helping sufficiently. Now that I have started work, the stress should subside as the pattern is established. Libido is definitely heightened even though I am recovering, and stress is high. Proabably a combo of Rise, and not being able to consummate for over a month.

Night 16

Insomnia till 2am. Fell asleep. Back up at 515am. The fee hours I did get were vivid, and weird. Got home at 810pm. Tough day physically and mentally. Praying for good sleep tonight, as tomorrow will be taxing as well.

Night 17

Went to bed around 1030pm, and woke up at 5:15. Layed in bed until 6am. Was exhausted even though I slept at least 6 hours straight. Had vivid dreams. Took pre workout to begin my day, and a 3D energy drink a few hours later. Still have some mucus issues. Very cold up here in Louisville. Work today was a lot easier today than the previous two days. Believing to rest and strengthen these next few days off. Libido definitely heightened.

Night 18

Went to bed after midnight. Got up around 8:30. Vivid dreams as always. Very consistent with that. At this point feel like I am beginning to recover, get over this cold. Feel well enough to workout. I hit back, and incorporate rest pause rep sets at the end of each workout set. Libido heightened. Aggression is heightened.

Night 19

Went to bed around 12am. Slept until around 3:30am. Toddler woke us up, came in the room. From 3:30 to 6:30am was an on and off battle to keep toddler in her bed. She finally stayed, and I was able to stay asleep from then until 1030am. Awoke feeling rested, and had multiple vivid dreams. Feel like I am on the posistive recovery still. Plan on hitting chest today. Hoping toddler stays in bed tonight.

Well that issue last night was the toddler. No specialist will help with that. Just now beginning to feel better from cold, just started work again, over 40 days left for ZMK and Rise, so I know it will get progressively better. Tonight will be a good night if my kid stays asleep. Thanks for the concern. I really try to only go to a doc or specialist if I cannot solve my own health issues first, with nutrition, exercise, pattern, and prayer. I can tell that the sleep I am able to get is better than before ZMK, that I do know. I also can tell that Rise is positively effecting my libido, aggression, and general well being, which is great, except for the fact my wife's womb is not 100 percent healed.

Had a great chest workout. Have incorporated rest pause sets in most exercises, and lowered amount of overall sets done. Have seen nice upper chest development over a few months time.

Got to bed around midnight. Woke up twice to pee. Vivid dreams, and deep sleep in between waking up. Woke up around 930am. Feel refreshed. Immune system strengthening. Libido high. In gym now for legs. Look dry. Should be upward from here.

Night 21

Even though recovering, I still have a scratch in the throat. Took a long time to fall asleep because I could not stop coughing. I prayed, and eventually was able to fall asleep. Awoke at least 2 times to pee a lot. But in between was good, deep sleep, with vivid dreams. Libido high, but nothing ridiculous like testosterone of course. Great dry look in the gym. Good tricep and bicep workout with ab work sprinkled in. Looking leaner in the stomach. Excited what next few days, to next week holds.

I went through some sleep issues a few weeks ago, as I changed my sleep schedule a couple or few hours. Its important to go to sleep around the same time and get up around the same thing, most of the time. I tried melatonin for a while and that didn't seem to help much. maybe it did shorterm

MVP-365 and ZMK seem to help me a lot with sleep.

Night 22

Went to sleep around 11pm. Woke up at 515am. Woke a couple times to pee, as is my custom lol. The sleep I had was deep, restful, and dreams were vivid, and long. I ate breakfast, and headed to work in the few degree weather. Mood, energy was great this morning, and overall. Stressors did not stress me out as much. For a long work day, was not bad.

Got to sleep relatively easy around 11. Toddler woke me up at 2am. Put her to bed, and woke up at 4am. Fell back asleep and woke up at 515 to work. Would have been great if toddler did not disrupt my sleep at 2. Felt rested when I got up for work. Energized throughout the day. Immune system strengthening even more.

Got to sleep around 11pm. Vivid dreams, REM sleep was good. Woke up at 515am for work. Laid in bed until 550am. When I got up, it was Go Go Go. Felt rested, and able to tackle the day; in fact I did, lifting, moving, and installing many heavy fridges. Feeling better every day, physically, and emotionally. Libido still heightened. Going to hit the gym tomorrow, as I am off work for 4 days!

Was asleep from about 1am to 830am. Sleep was deep. Dreams were vivid, and long. Libido heightened. Dropped another pound; should be water/fat. Post workout weigh in was 169. Lifted back today. Workout was great. Focused on hypertrophy, lat contraction; great mind muscle connection. Immunity still on the rise. Desire the scale to move forward rather than backward, and I havent dropped calories.

Fell asleep rather easily. Got into a good deep sleep, with vivid dreams, and my toddler woke me up again in the middle of the night saying she lost her paci. Did not want to look at the time, so laid back down paranoid for a little while that she was going to barge in the room again. Ended up waking up at 8am, got the toddler breakfast, then ate mine. Libido really high this morning. Energy is good. Ready to take VasoBlitz, coffee, and hit the gym.

Went to sleep around 1. Woke up at least 3 times in the middle of the night to pee. Vivid dreams still the norm when I am asleep. Woke up too easily last night. Got out of bed around 830am. Sluggish start to the morning. Began to feel good after 1pm. Felt great during my leg workout. Looking dry. Was strong, and endurant. Leg numbers recorded in VasoBlitz log. Libido very high. Had some tricep fluttering in the morning. No longer doing that.

ZMK
Was able to get to sleep not too long after I laid down. Vivid dreams were again constistant, and they are consistantly weird. Note to self, do not allow brain to operate the body on it's own lol. A lot of people are like, is not the person the brain? No, a person is a spirit with a soul, enclosed in a body. The brain is the computer that the spirit and soul utilize to operate the body. Anyway, I woke up around 7, and tried to go back to sleep for another hour or so, but was restless; I guess my body was sayin, JUST GET UP. When I went to sleep, oh boy was my lower back, and legs achy from my leg workout. When I finally got up, lower back felt so much better, and legs have DOMS; you want DOMS, if you want to build.

Rise
Libido and blood flow are high. Aggression is heightened. Slowly getting leaner looking, while weight hovers around the same area.

Looking dry.

Appliance install. Moving and installing refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, otr microwaves. We don't use dollies, we pick up the appliances; two man team with a strap in between us.

Horrible insomnia. Few hours of sleep.

Was able to get to sleep night 33, and it would of been a wonderful night sleep, UNTIL attack of the toddler. She woke me up at 4am. Odd that it happens that way; she wakes me when I'm beginning to sleep well LOL. Anyway, I put her to bed twice within 20min at 4am, and fell asleep until 9am, waking once in between to pee. Apart from the toddler giving me another virus, the sleep was good for what I got. Libido still very high, even with being tired, and sick (those kids man). Gym intensity is high. Handling stress better. Still get sometime overly aggravated, and then I realize, that is not how I should act; lack of sleep can do that to ya, that and getting back to back viruses.

Nights 34 and 35

Both nights I actually got decent sleep. No issues with insomnia. Vivid dreams both nights. Actually felt rested in the morning. If I did not have any kids, I probably would have slept in longer to "double down".

About that. The toddler came in at late 3am lol. Other than that, the last few nights I have been able to get to sleep okay, and stay asleep most of the night.

Able to get to sleep quick. Vivid dreams. As I wrote previously, toddler woke us up close to 4am. Apart from that, the sleep is getting better. Recovery is good from heavy lifting at work.

Pertaining to Rise, it still has me overall dry. Aggression is heightened. Libido is heightened. Stress is easier to deal with, and I generally feel good.

Night 37 and 38

Great sleeps these past couple nights. No issue falling asleep, and no issue staying asleep, other than a basic pee.

Weight today is 173, and that is with a lot of my glycogen/water depleted. Had no carbs today, and little to no carbs yesterday. Looking dry, libido high, recovery good, waist staying lean, while it looks like my weight is budging forward ever slowly. This seems to be a good natural stack (ZMK/Rise). I am not working for strength goals, so I don't have any crazy numbers to tout, but if my lean mass is improving, and I am staying lean, that is a good thing.

Fitness goals are presently just hypertrophy. When I get to a satisfiable weight, will focus more on strength.
