Hello Everyone,
First of all I would like to say thank you for providing a forum where people are actually helpful. I have read though many threads on AM and all I ever read is people helping people better themselves. That being said, I need some help! Been reading on prohomones and PCT and all other related topics for the past few months, however I feel more lost now than ever before. I am currently 31 at 72” (6 ft) and 208 with 18% BF according to the Armed Forces. I am looking to gain about 10-15 pounds of lean muscle with minimal BF increase. My current educated idea is to try M-Sten for my first cycle. However I would like input on everything from how to conduct my first cycle to a beneficial workout. Please offer as much advice as you would like… I am looking to start my cycle mid-March… will have 30 days of leave to dedicate to nothing but building a playground for my wifey
