First Time Cutter

Alright guys I have just completed my first bulk and am ready to begin cutting some of the fat. I am 5'10, 180 lbs, 13% bf and am looking to get to 160 - 165 and 8% bf by March.

My diet consists of mostly steamed vegetables, skinless chicken breast, lean turkey, lean sirloin beef, brown rice, whole grain bread and whey protein.

I am working out 5 days a week, w/ cardio 3 - 4 times a week.

I am new to this so any regiments, or meal plans would be greatly appreciated.
