Hey all just about to start my first cut in a week or so because its coming to the end of winter in Australia and gonna start warming up soon. Just wanting to know weather I will still continue to get gains during a cut or I shouldn't expect much change while cutting? Also I'm gonna start doing 20mins of cardio after my weight training should I wait till after the cardio to have my protein shake or have it right after weights while doing cardio? Any other tips you could give me or advice would be great.
