First Test Only Cycle Plan - Any Advice?

I'm 27 years old, currently 180 pounds and currently around 15% bodyfat. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week strictly since 3-4 years.

I have experimented with SARMS before. I liked the results, but they shut me down hard. I did proper PCT Afterwards. It's been over 6 months since my last Sarm cycle. My Test values came back to my normal range again. at the moment im at 492 ng/dL.

I now wanna start my First Testosterone C Cycle. I've read the whole "First cycle guide" on r/ SteroidsWiki , went through alot of reports and watched alot of youtube guides (especially Dr James)

This will be my only Cycle for at least a year. So i wanna get the most out of it.

I've planned out a 14 Week Cycle. I wanna do a rather short period because i wanna give my Natural T values a good chance to come back to its normal range afterwards.

PCT is on Hand. Nolva is also on hand in case of gyno. I am currently looking into getting some Arimidex. I do not have it on hand right now.

I will do Bloodwork before, during and after the cycle to keep everything in check.
Of course i will only start this cycle, if my bloodwork is looking good.

CYCLE PLAN:

Week 1-5: 350mg of Test Cypionate per week.

I want to start at 350 to minimize Side effects.
(I've got recommended to not start straight at 500mg/week, i should rather find my "sweet spot")

Week 5-14: 400-500mg of Test Cypionate per week.
As i mentioned this is my First Cycle. My goal is to find my Sweet spot. I wanna steadily increase the dosage to find out what works for me.

I've planned to inject all 3-3.5 Days.

If i get bad Sides or high E2, should i drop the dose down arleady or add an AI first?

FOOD & TRAINING REGIME:

I've been on a cut for the past few weeks, eating only 1830 Calories a day. I want to get my Bodyfat as low as possible before starting the Cycle. Preferably at around 11-12% BF when i start the cycle.

As soon as i start the Cycle, i will start my Bulk. I've Planned in 3500 Calories a day. Around 570g carbs 225g protein 35g fat

Regarding my Training Regime, i will follow a classic Bro split. 6 Days a week. 12-15 Sets per Muscle group.
Normally i just do 9 Sets per Muscle Group, but since i will be enhanced, i've planned to go for a higher volume.


And that's it. I will try to do a Before & After as well as updates.

Any Recommendations for my Cycle? Did i get something wrong? Does this seem reasonable? Is this dosage too high or too low for a first cycle? Should i rather start right away at 500mg?

You sound like you did your research. I’m all for using the least amount possible but i would recommend running 500mg of the bat. Pin 250mg every 3.5 days. It will take a month for your bloods to reach peak levels so you are still “easing” into it. I usually start taking .5 arimidex every pin day starting at week 2. Then have your pct ready or cruise on 200mg test

Thanks man i did try to inform myself as much as possible.

i'm still considering starting at 500mg.
Especially since this will be my only Cycle for a year, i would like to get the most out of it.
Im just a bit worried about the possible side effects...

Shouldn't i start taking the amiridex ONLY if i start feeling sides?
 
Since it’s your first test cycle, I would start off at 200mg and ramp it up to 400mg over the first 6 weeks so u can see how you feel. Maybe add more after that. Less is better. And I would pin everyday. Or something more than twice a week in order to reduce side effects and keep e2 down. Have fun!
 
I think the way you have it is good….starting at 350 a week is actually a good way to start your first Test cycle, and ramping up to 500 as you go. Even though it does take a few weeks to reach peak levels, starting lower and ramping up seems to work better for the body to adjust. And actually with steroids starting at the lowest effective dose is smarter, because the body will always adjust and reset, so eventually you will stop progressing. Starting a little lower gives you the ability to ramp it up before you start to plateau, staying ahead of homeostasis and continuing to build. If training and diet are on point you will see results even on the 350, and when you bump it up to 500 you will be able to see the increase. I wouldn’t start an AI right away, because estrogen actually helps you build muscle and strength. If you’re concerned you won’t be able to detect high estrogen, just start your AI maybe in week 3 or 4 (I like Exemestane 12.5 two to three times a week to start). When you keep your estrogen too low starting in the first few weeks it actually will stall progress. Me and a lot of guys on here actually like our estrogen on the high end of normal, on cycle, because it really is more optimal for strength and muscle. If you notice symptoms of your estrogen getting a little too high, before you start your AI or later, just start your AI and don’t worry about dropping Test dose unless sides get crazy, but that’s not a crazy high dose, so you should be fine. Remember estrogen isn’t all bad, a certain amount is needed to build muscle and for optimal health. If you log it I’ll follow, and I’m sure others will and can give advice as you go.
 
Good point on Estrogen..
Many older lifters prefer a little higher Estrogen..
I've seen some kinda high,but no bad sides and he was fine..
Who Who knows years to come and pass,we're probably screwing up a lot..LOL
