First stack at 37 to gain mass

I am 37 and my first cycle is going to be xtreme mass and I am going to run Life support by AI sports nutrition. What do you guys think?
 
I am 189 right now with 21% bodyfat. I want bulk for a month and then start cutting in time for summer. My diet is as follows. 283 grams of protein and 283 grams of carbs and 75 grams of fat. My workouts will be 4 times a week. It will be workout 1 chest and back, workout 2 will be bi's tri's and forearms, workout 3 will be legs and shoulders and repeat again. My cycle will be Xtreme mass. I am going to run AI Sports Life Support along with it or do you think there is a better cycle support out there?
 
cycle assist is great too.. but either will be fine.
what exactly is in xtreme mass/? there may be other things I would recommend.. like heart help by iForce.
 
Not to be a Debby Downer, but at 21% BF cutting in time for summer will be a chore....I'd cut now, then bulk thru the middle/tail end of summer....plus it's a good excuse to eat more BBQ and drink more beer lol
