First SD cycle

Okay, so ... the struggle is real! I'm so awfully tired that it's a pain getting from the bed let alone do anything throughout the day. This is day 8 on SD. I am sleeping a lot better. Which is a big plus for me as sleeping is a Big problem for me.

But, imo, SD should be taken together with a stimulating aas like dbol for instance. 40mg dbol had me flying and not beeing able to sleep duoe to to much energy and euphoric feelings. So I think 15mg SD coupled with 20mg dbol could be nice.

Seriusly, the lethargy with SD is no joke and should be addressed if you actually have a life outside the gym heh. And even for working out, beeing so low and dead doesn't really help.

At this level of lethargy you think you'll be able to tolerate it for the duration of your intended SD run? Any noticeable changes physique wise?

I never been on oral superdrol I do have some injectable superdrol not that I started a while back and I only use for about a week because we got so busy at work I had no time for working out but my biggest problem on it was I could not sleep at all I mean it was like I was shooting up meth I mean I went almost a whole week with hardly any sleep and because of that lethargy was really bad so when I stopped because I had because I was so busy at work it was okay so when I start up again I'm going to do a little bit less and I'll be on a lot more tests so I'm hoping that will help will see

Alright, well it could just be that you're sensitive to the compound. Maybe after some good sleep it'll be better yes. Also remember to drink a lot even if it's cold.
 
Looks like it got you. Not wanting to even move from bed, check. Hard to function because tired, check. Hard to feel hungry, check. Hard to eat, check. That’s superdrol.
 
Oh this does not sound like a fun compound at all. Think I will just stick with tbol for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, but if you can power through it you can gain a ton of ground very quickly in your progress. It’s just, most of us are not made of that kind of material. Most of us will succumb to the side effects. Willpower only gets a guy so far. And I have some crazy strong willpower. It still got me.

There are also things you can take to help digest food quickly, such as probiotics, bile acids, and prebiotics; and of course stimulants you can take to function.

If I were to use superdrol again, which I likely will this year, I would use all of those things: ox bile, probiotic bacteria, prebiotic fiber, and stimulants. Likely T3 for the stimulant effect of it as it won’t reduce hunger as amphetamine does. Also would use other appetite stimulating compounds such as mk677 and EQ.
 
Exactly. I laready am eating probiotics and prebiotics but dont have any stimulants.

Update: third day at 20mg. Got a good nights sleep and am feeling a lot better. Lethargy is still present but nothing that I can't handle. I do not feel sick or anyhing like I did on 40mg dbol 4 weeks ago. It's just my appetite, it has never been big. It's what keept me skinny my whole life.

But not eating... now that's a problem. It feels like I am going to die. Like going hypo.

I have a hunch that SD is really strong in partitioning macros. I am actually recomping while eating like a pig and if I don't eat for a day or two; I loose fat immediately.
 
Is this injectible? I heard it’s a lot milder on sides
 
I really need to revaluate my training. Compound lifts like DL's or Pendley rows are almost out of the question bc of back pumps. Also I can not run at all bc of shin pump and I feel snap city is just an awkward move away all the time. Like for instance, I was throwing some darts yesterday and almost pulled my bicep while doing so. Throwing darts!!! I twisted my torso just a bit awkwardly and still feel a slight strain in my right lat...

So yeah, it's definetly not all sunshine and rainbows. Couple that with lethargy and trouble eating enough and it's almost not worth it.

I need to buy a good gainer that wont make me puke while chugging it down. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Really, taste is The biggest factor. I can't stand the smell and taste of typical protein powders, especially now when on SD. And in no way am I able to eat enough just bro foods. Actually, I can't stand the look of just normally grilled chicken and turkey atm. It's a struggle, really hehe

Just a thought I mix protein powder with carbo gain and drink that while I'm working out so it's got protein in the carbs not all the other crap that a weight gainer has and you're still getting your carbs like you need it and your protein just a thought it's a lot easier to get down then Weight Gainer cuz I have the same problem with ganers I can't stand drinking them

You sure you can’t muscle down a few all meat thin crust pizzas a day and a few fiber drinks like Metamucil?
 
Also, a whole pan of 5 meat lasagna, also a good choice. Very palatable and full of nutrient.
 
I have ran superdrol 3 times in my life and first week is always euphoric followed by slowly worsening sides to the point where I question why I put myself through it. Then I do another cycle months or years later.

Been through the SD lethargy a couple times myself... I don't get it as bad until weeks 3-4, overall SD is amazing, except for the liver enzymes stress (even with TUDCA, NAC, hydrating keeping it in check).

For a gainer I love me some Dymatize Elite Mass. Great taste, easy on stomach, mixes well, and you literally feel better after one of those with ice, milk, and fruit. It's also low creatine.

However, if you want creatine in your gainer Elite Labs USA Gainer was my jam, aside from Dymatize when I was running cycles like this past ~3 years.

Being your tallish ectomorph, I have used all the gainers good and bad, I'm also lactose intolerant. These will not upset your stomach and will put on size, used with regular meals. BSN True Mass is OK too, just the cholesterol is too high on it..

However if anyone knows of a gainer that is as good as Dymatize, with zero creatine and doesn't cost a fortune, I am all ears...

Euphoric on SD? Interesting. I get that on dbol, but SD is mentally side effect free for me. Except the lethargy...

SD sounds not worth it, especially if the lack of appetite is preventing you from actually being able to get results. Hopefully the gainer helps.

Well... actually... I'm up to 96kg. And that's with very poor training and sleep and food.

Lots of it is watter though.

SD is just one of those crazy strong steroids that it's hard to totally screw up.
Usually, if someone is able to take it... They will get something from it.

Yup, I agree. But also I think that it holds a lot of water. I think that going beyond 20mg is just stupid, at least for me. Even now I can't really do pull ups, DL's, Pendley's, etc. Need to really switch up the training from compounds to more isolation work...

In a weird way I like the sound of it.....but then again I like a challenge. Bit sick maybe but just the way I’m wired. I have some stashed so I’m sure it’ll come and duck me up for this comment but I’m enjoying following this thread....

It shouldnt hold any sub q water but it is possible.
 
No, not subq, IM.

It’s probably one of the very strongest for that. Huge glycogen retention. Intramuscular fluid. Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. All that good stuff. Only thing stronger I think is M1T.

Forcing myself to eat b4 going to the gym is a no no. I ate a flapjack, some cookies and some salty sticks (the struggle is real) an hour before goin to the gym. I got really sick intra workout, had to even stop working out, for a couple of minutes bc of it. This happend the second time while on SD now.

On the plus note, I forgot about weed. Just a small amount (0.05g) helps a lot with appetite.
 
Dropped SD at day 12 XD Needed my life back.

Feeling normal again!!! Upped test to 600 for the remaining 2 weeks of bulk.

My opinion; I think SD is a very good choice for strenght and mass IF you can afford to not have a life for the few weeks while you're on it.

Sides can be, extreme lethargy, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite (possibly up to nausea for some), back pumps, etc...

This is entirely user dependant. MANY experience harsh sides on SD. Some worse than Jinsun .....many much less.
My sides were harsh, but manageable. I worked, attended social functions, etc for the whole cycle.

Nothing more to add really then what has been said before in this thread. The lethargy was to much, I couldn't do intellectual work without starting to fall asleep. And since my work is purely intellectual/creative this couldn't fly. Maybe if I didn't have so much stress and bad sleep it would have been better but it was what it was.

I am not sacrificing my sanity and work for a couple of pounds of muscle. My philosophy regarding aas use is that it should enhance your life not just build some muscle. So when one distracts from the other it's a no go. Light - to medium light cycles is mostly what I'll do. Like 500mg test with some primo or tbol, etc...
