First SARM trial

Hey. Very new but have been doing a lot of research and want to try out a basic SARM cycle. Being it’s my first time I was going to run LGD-4033 and MK677. I feel that’s basic enough to start getting into it slowly.

I will run the LGD at 10mg a day for 12 weeks and the MK at 25mg per day at the same time. As for PCT I was looking at just Clomid at 50/50/25/25 which seems like the standard. I was wondering if that is enough or if I should add in Nolva and if so what dosage?

I know LGD doesn’t aromatize but I will keep an AI on hand just in case which I can always use in the future as well so might as well get it. Anastrozole is what I was thinking.
If there are any recommendations or advice I would greatly appreciate it!

I would use one or the other, Clomid or Nolva... arimidex sounds a bit much so I would dose it .25 mg weekly if signs appear. I think most people use Exemistane.

You have a test base? That lethargy could kick your ass after weeks 6-8. Everything else looks good, sounds like you have done your research

I have definitely been trying to do my research before jumping in. But I wasn’t planning on using the AI at all but have on hand as a precaution. I don’t have a test base for this run being my first time but was thinking about it. Just want to try and stay simple for now. I know that it could kick my ass but I’m usually a heavy stim junkie so was hoping that helped at least even me out. Il probably just use the Clomid then PCT.

If i were you id run the mk at about half or 12.5 for the first month, and id also run it longer than 12 weeks. More like throughout pct and beyond

I was planning on running the MK for probably close to 6 months. Il start out at the 12.5 n then maybe after a month bump to 25mg. I know between 12.5-25mg is what seems to be the sweet spot! Thanks!
 
Looks good to me. I like Nolva better. I think my first LGD Mk cycle i ran EpiAndro, deff go gyno issues. But pct cleared it up. LGD is going to make you hungry all the time and the MK made me have such awesome sleeps. I am actually starting this cycle right now coming off an MSTEN cycle.

Would the guy I come from the Epiandro? But I plan to start the cycle in a couple weeks. Injured my back so gotta take it semi-easy and then hit it hard. But I’m excited to see how everything works together and what can come out of it! I can deff use the increased hunger. That was the main reason I wanted to add the MK for the appetite increase. By the end of the day eating all day when I get home from work I feel like I can’t eat at all.

Instead of clomid you could run torem.... through the entire cycle. That should keep your test levels right throughout.

This sort of “base” isn’t popular but new research has come to light and shows SERMS on cycle prevents shutdown, and torem as probably the best all around SERM.

Read the “clomid on cycle” thread for study references and user reports.

I’ve actually heard about the clamps on cycle thread a few days ago. It was pretty interesting. I haven’t heard of torem so Il have to look into that n read up on it. If using that throughout is no PcT necessary then or should a short run of PCT following the end still be done?

It went well actually! Did 12 weeks of everything and it went well! Gained a solid 6/7 lbs muscle and about 15 lbs overall and remained pretty lean the entire way through somehow. Ended not to long ago and the PCT went well as it wasn’t to high of anything anyway. Haven’t lost any weight at all yet so it’s holding so far n not going away so I’m very happy with how it went!
