Goal is to recomp so going with EnduraShred from Olympus for 6 weeks (45 days)

I'm on 16-18% bf, weigh 188 pounds (85kg)

The EnduraShred is dosed 1 capsule = 7mg GW and 10mg Osta. I would like to get a critique done on what I should change or add to my set up.

Stack:
1-6 ) Olympus UK: Osta 20mg
1-6 ) Olympus UK: GW: 14mg
1-6 ) Olympus UK: ELIM1NATE or AR1MACARE PRO (an AI) - is there any difference between the two? if not I will go with ELIM1NATE as its cheaper.

PCT:
7-10) Olympus UK: SUP3R PCT or Focused Nutrition: Perfect PCT - What dosage should I do for the PCT?

I tried ostarine only once at 35mg for 12 weeks, I didn't have sides, just good results, 6 weeks are too few weeks, minimun 8/10 for osta. you don't need an AI or even a hepatoprotector.
Pct clomid 50/50/25/25 and if you want sup3r pct or other otc pct product.

I tried ostarine only once at 35mg for 12 weeks, I didn't have sides, just good results, 6 weeks are too few weeks, minimun 8/10 for osta. you don't need an AI or even a hepatoprotector.

where do i get clomid?

50mg daily first and second wks
25 daily 3/4 weeks

Yes, sure
But if you want you can take a real AI on hand, not an otc AI like eliminate or similar, I’ve tried an otc AI and it was useless

what would a low dose of AI be?

Board sponsor research chems on here are good option for pct as well.
