Today I did chest and back GVT today. I must say this workout was definitely in my top 3 workouts of all time! I only got around 3-5 hours of sleep, and had to be back to the hospital quickly so my workout very little rest time!! Despite it all I did the following:

Incline Bench, super set with wide grip pull-up

95 x 30 warmup/ 15 pull-ups
115 x 5/ 10 pull-ups
115 x 5/ 10 pull-ups

Some volume there dude!!!! Did my first volume training session based of Yates advice - insane pump. Loved it!! ???
Will 100% be doing 2 strength & 3 high volume sessions,, starting right now. 2nd volume session 2moro :-D

I wont need it ... last time i ran it didn't have any issues. .. ill probably grab x stane or adex just to have . I always end up with shyt i dont use ...

Yesterday was a rest day, which was good because I got the spend time with the family.

Today I did legs, it was an overall good workout. I used my last PR on squats today in my working sets, strength is starting to increase!

Woke up feeling pretty good. I did shoulders today, had a nice pump. My shoulder are getting huge!

Seated DB shoulder press: 2 second negative
- 27.5 x 30, 40 x 6, 45 x 6, 47.5 x 8, 47.5 x 10

Shrug machine: 4 plates x 20 x 2, 6 plates x 10 x 2, 4 plates x 15

DB rear delt raise: 12.5 x 12 x 3

DB lateral raise: 12.5 x 12 x 3, 15 x 6

DB frontal raise: 22.5 x 5, 20 x 15, 15 x 25
 
I threw in biceps and triceps but didn't write down what I did. It was all light weight moderate reps just working on mind to muscle concentration and flexing the muscles.

When i get a pump i focus on slow negs til failure, thats wat i used to get so big . I hope it helps
 
If u can try bcaas during your long work outs as an intra helps balance out the drainage feeling . Helps me go longer.
I like a scoop of OL vitality and a scoop of bulk BCAA powder intra workout, keeps me going good

Yesterday was an off day, I just rested and ate.

Today I woke up not planning on going to the gym, but felt like I need to. I had a great workout and am using heavier weight than I have since getting back in the gym. I'm loving the cycle and the results so far.

I know I know, I'm trying to up my calories and getting a new protein. Plus I have a new addition coming in the mail pretty soon! Excited to add something new to the cycle.

I hope you realize my vague post was a compliment. Looking sharp man!! But I would agree that at you current level of shredded, your body is primed for more cals.

Haha I thought so, thanks man! Yeah I'm getting calories around the clock, making good shakes at 2-4 am when the baby wakes up.

Explosive Dips!! Going to have to try this. Hands off bar? Does this mean exploding upward so hard as to elevate off the bars? Sounds fun!!
