First SARM cycle, Olympus Labs LeGenD

Day 5:

4mg LeGenD
3 Fish Oil daily
Musclepharm BCAA
Multivitamin twice daily

Damn it's crazy how things can change. Yesterday was .. Interesting, FUBAR..? Idk. But I start a new job Monday I'll be delivery and working for a paint company. Then my pregnant wife kicked me out. So I have the weekend to get ready for the job. I'm going to the gym today hitting back, tri's and traps. Should be a good workout will post more tonight.

Today I felt amazing. I work up and had some coffee and went to this Mexican restaurant. Had this bomb *** burrito. Then had some pre workout and headed to the gym. Today I did back, triceps and traps. Workout felt amazing, starting to notice strength gains a little at a time along with some stamina. Vascularity is starting to increase, I'm pretty damn vascular anyways but I've notice vains bellow my abs to my stomach and in between bi's and tri's. I'm excited when I get to bump it up to 8mg a day.

Feeling good today ready to hit the gym but today is an off day. About to mix up my workout routine to match the new job

Thanks man from what I've read from logs, yours is one of them. That around 13-18 days I'll really start noticing. I'm ready
 
I'm ready man I've been staying on top of my calories and since my wife is pregnant and waking up at all hours of the night I make a shake when I get woken up to help with calories in the middle of the night
 
Keep Cals up and work your ass off and it will all come in place , the first two weeks you wait but after that it's all up hill!
 
Cool man. I just ordered 2 tubs of vitality, got some cheap mass gainer cause it was on sale at my gym. I'm ordering my dermacrine just in case I need it down the road. Yeah I'm eating like crazy
 
Looking great man, also good idea with the shakes!!! My GF is pregnant too and wakes me up sometimes, perhaps I'll start doing the same. :)

I'm feeling good this morning. Got bored last night and wanted to get on some of the specials some of these sites are running. Bought some trest for a cycle down the road. As I mentioned I bought some OL vitality that should be on the way. Ready to hit the gym.

I haven't noticed any side effects this far.
 
I did the PHAT lower body power day. I felt pretty good today. I was pushing heavier weight than I normally do on every exercise.
 
Day 9:

Today is my off day. Feeling good today muscles are sore from Upper body a bit. Ready to get the beginning of next week so I can bump up my dose. Ready for the gains!

Haha I just got kicked out of a GNC the owner was getting mad cause I was going around in the area and getting sample pre workouts. Dang that was saving me money and it was fun to talk supps with the guys at the shops. Oh well I'll get some coffee
 
Yeah man I've been busy stocking up on OL stuff (LeGenD, DermaTrest, vitality x 2, super pct) that's all for a cycle down the road. Not to mention the money I spent on this current cycle.. Yeah man I need some pre workout. Thinking about trying to hop on a log for a company that's looking for loggers. Idk about that yet.

Haha I was also trying to talk to them about OL products and caring in stores. Since I've used up Gnc I'll try vitamin shoppe and ultimate sports nutrition. They love giving me free stuff

Shoot I have 28 packets of C4, that's worth bsin with them for a little bit.

I mean I'm on the LeGenD now. Running that for 8 weeks. Then I'll run my pct. The whole time I'll be working out the next cycle.

Shoot yall show me love and help with my questions. It almost seems right to return the favor that is shaping my body into what I want.. It's a no brainier

For my workout today I combined my chest and back PHAT training. I must say I liked the workout and definitely feel the LeGenD. I had an amazing workout! I was lifting heavier than I have since my days of old. Rest time in between sets was minimal. I can't wait to for these to really start kicking in!

I did my PHAT hypertrophy Legs and shoulders today. I'm definitely noticing the LeGenD. The weight in all every lift is slowly increasing. I already have a pretty good endurance, but I've started to notice that my rest time is less and recovery is quicker. I've been eating anything I can get my hands on. I'm in the middle of a house move, once I get to my new location my diet will be much better than it currently is.

I was driving around with my wife and she noticed that my muscles look and feel fuller

Feeling really good this morning. I also just realized that with my new job I won't be walking the same distance as my old job. Which will help with me trying to bulk and gain weight. Not sure how much people normally walk. But from June to now I've walked quite a bit around 300 miles.. And in Texas summer heat yeah I lost some weight now I'm ready to gain it back!

OL vitality

I moved my dosage up on the OL LeGenD to 8 mg daily. I planned for it on Monday but I was getting anxious and just wanted to bump it up. Today I've noticed my appetite is going up. Muscles feel and looked pumped. No sides to report this far. I'll keep yall updated.

Today is my rest day but I may get something in later. Just depends how work treats me.
 
How you finding the vitality??
 
I found it on PHW. I've been reading about it and it sounded good and after talking to yates84 I decided to order 2 tubs. I like the flavor I'm trying wicked melon now.
