if someone did not want to ever use any orals for max protection on liver, and kidneys, wants to keep cardio for athletic performance and has already been lifting for some time wants to step up game but not go buckwild, would equipoise on a couple short cycles put them ahead of the game or after those cycles would a person need to continue these "cycles" as long as he wants to be ahead of the game.

EQ is fine to run by itself because its so mild. but it still must be run 12+ weeks and a high dose to benefit from it.

im sure Holy will chime in

The endurance would slowly decline as the blood-volume returns to baseline, but strength/LBM gains can be maintained with appropriate training.

yeah it makes more red blood cells, red blood cells carry oxygen to muscles=performance. but the red blood cell count goes back down? whats LBM?

It returns to baseline after a period of cessation, but that depends on the compound and the person. LBM=lean body mass.
