First prohormone cycle

Ok so I want to take my first cycle and I was planning on taking haloplex. Then I was planning on taking nolvadex as my serm. I'm not really sure what to take as a liver support so please help. And where could I buy this serm, what site? Should I take milk thistle as well? Please help me take a SAFE cycle. Anything else I should be taking? I'm maily worried about gyno and I hear it's hard to get an erection, for a long period of time after the cycle?
Once again please help me take a good safe cycle.
 
You should start out by doing more research. There is plenty of current information here on Anabolic Minds that you can search for. Us giving you all the answers doesn't help you understand what you're doing. Also, at 5'11 165lbs you can probably just eat more, i doubt you need to use oral steroids.
 
Wow agreed on more research lol please don't even think about popping those pills. Read read read serms are very easy to get and liver support is pretty common knowledge. Please do more research and don't get yourself hurt
 
You need to wonder the anabolic section here and read all the logs here and learn. Then hit the books(or Google lol) Google liver support cycle supports and proper pct supplements. You cannot ask where to get research chems here. We have I believe 2 sponsors that are RC companies that sell serms though. Look at all the logs and learn about cycle length dosages and support supps. The good fellows on AM don't like spoon feeding info to those that show lack of effort in their "research" they claim to have done. Chances are you have googled haloplex once and stumbled upon anabolicminds lol. Please do some of your own foot work and come back when you have a grasp of what you are about to put into your body( I'm not being mean. I'm being blunt lol) you sound like you have a lot to learn. There is a thread here somewhere that is basically a "cycles for dummies"

-Fish oil

-Hawthorne tabs

Dude really you did more research? And you still don't know the dosing of anything your taking? Everything you should have besides the serm has directions on how to take it lol You are very far from ready to shut your body down my friend... how many days of research total have you had? The things in pct are fine, god only knows why you would take horny goat weed though lol... do you even know why you would be taking taurine?another thing, where is you AI? And just get a all in one liver support because there's plenty more stuff in a all in one than just what you have... go back to the drawing board until you have a cycle layout and can at least fool us into thinking you know what your doing.

I appreciate all these links they are very helpful. But I didn't come to here ppl say I'm dumb. But for ppl to say I'm dumb and this is how you can change it.
 
You obviously haven't read either of the links we have given. Onionkights link was very very helpful dealing with dosing pct on cycle supports and side effects and what to expect as far as gains goes depending on your goals. Mine was more of a simple guide to cycling steroids that a fellow member put up. If you read either of these things you would have been able to give us a cycle layout you will be following (which includes everything from start to finish) so no we are not calling you dumb, but you yourself are proving yourself ignorant. Its not as complicated as people make it out to be you have pills that make you big. Then you have pills that keep you healthy while taking the aforementioned pills then after all your shiny big man pills are gone you take the pills and or liquids to help bring you back to normal... very simple please please please read and actually be respectful of the chemicals you put in your body because they can cause grief

If you can't spend the time reading through the countless threads on how to dose , on cycle support , off cycle support , pct , possible sides etc..ect..... I'm sure your training and diet is shat so steroids are just not for you . You won't get anything out of it except lighter pockets.

Pct looks good, need some erase or similar product for air. Always good to have letro on hand in case your nips start to grow.
