What's up guys. New to the forum since this is my first post. I'm 20 gonna be 21 in a little over a month and I've been lifting since I was 15 since it was required at my high school if you were an athlete. Currently I'm 6'4" 190 and have taken supplements for years now to try and put more weight on (regular creatine, pump-fuel, n-test, and good old whey protein) but I've never been able to get above 190. I've researched a little bit and have been looking at complete nutritions 5 deca zol stack but I am curious as to what the "experts" on this site have to say. I am still really open minded about what cycle to get on for a first time and will be doing a log on this site to show and track my progress. Love this site and I'm pumped to learn more.

At 6'4, 190, you still have a lot of growing to do naturally. Post up your daily diet and training routine and we'll go from there.

Alright guys sorry it took a while to repost. Been busy with finals, work and moving to a new apartment. I'll list my main diet along with my workout schedule. I do the same thing everyday of the week for breakfast and lunch so I'll just list that once.

Breakfast:
2 whole grain bagels with 4 whole eggs
2% milk with 2 scoops of whey protein

Lunch:
2 cans chunk white tuna in water on wheat bread

Dinner usually consists of either chicken, pasta, salmon, or steak (I know red meat isn't the best but really who doesn't like good steak or a good burger evey now and then)

Workout schedule:

Monday:
30 reps per each arm hammer curls
10x3 Arnold press
10x3 Incline flys
10x3 flat flys
8x3 shoulder press
15x2 lat pulldowns

Tuesday:
10-8-6 box squat
5x5 straight leg deadlight
5x5 power clean
30 reps calf raises
30 reps leg extensions

Wednesday:
30 mins bike
30x2 tricep dips
15 reverse grip pullups
15 regular pullups
30 reps decline bench sit ups with 35lb plate
25x3 torso rotation machine

Thursday:
repeat Monday routine

Friday:
repeat Tuesday routine

Saturday:
repeat Wednesday routine

And there it is. The sets with higher reps are usually with lighter weights in between 25 and 40 lb dumbells. I typed this up on my iPhone since my laptop unfortunately got crushed in the moving process so sorry if there's some typos and what not.

Also another note the next two weeks I will be working 7 days a week 12 hours a day because Im a leasing agent at a student apartment complex and were going through our yearly turnover so it would be a good time in my opinion to do a preload cycle. I'm no expert though haha

You don't need a cycle. Your hormones are at optimal levels at this time in your life. Besides the cycle is going to be wasted if your diet and routine are not correct. You need to eat 5-7 meals a day, all based around protein.

Your problem is you are eating 3 times a day. Start eating every 2-3 hours...and look into a quality routine based on compound movements (Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe)

Thanks for the info Carpee. I saw a couple threads you had with some nice supp. stacks. Got any reccomendations? Right now I take 2 n-test pills along with a scoop of pump fuel pre-workout then 2 scoops of whey in 2% milk post workout. Regardless of whether I go with a cycle or a supp stack I'm gonna be doing a log on the site. I've been putting off going hard for too long am looking forward to killing it this summer

You definitely need a better carb source PWO. The carbs from milk are not your best option. Look into a product with waxy maize.

Do that, along with what Carpee mentioned.
