Staying in shape was always a priority once I graduated high school but my current job leaves me little to no time in the day to focus on maintaining diet AND working out. I drive a truck all day and don't really have the best eating habits. I wake up and 4am to head to work and get home around 7 or 8pm. Can anybody recommend food I can stick in a cooler that'll actually satisfy hunger and will keep without getting nasty. I can't just eats fruit and veggies all day. I tried it and just ended up pissing out of my ass all day.

Not sure why you're p1ssing outta your backside from fruits and veggies, unless you just never eat them otherwise.

I eat out of a cooler every work day. Baked/grilled chicken, eggs, egg whites, tuna, pork (sometimes), rice, potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, etc, etc...

If you want it bad enough you just have to make it work. Sometimes I eat it cold, other times I'll stop at a gas station and nuke it. I can't think of much tht I cannot throw in a Tupperware, if I want it.

For me, I get most full/satisfied with chicken, rice, and raw veggies.

Get yourself in the kitchen and prep for your work week. Sundays and Wednesdays are good prep days to cook up a bunch of chicken breasts, pork loin, hard boiled eggs, etc.... Portion these items out in tupperware containers and put in the fridge. Wake up, pack the cooler with well rounded meals from what you have prepped and you are good to go.

Meal prep is huuuuuuuge.

Or get a new job.

Either way, you should still meal prep.

I like complex carbs and healthy fats to keep me even keel. that will also hold you over the longest between meals. don't be shy of good quality healthy fats. you could get them by eating a handful of mixed nuts with each meal. conversely one could also supplement with fat burners, healthy fats and quality proteins.

actually thinking about it .. you would probably enjoy a nice fat burner as it will increase alertness and allow improved focus and appetite suppression. all of these things are perfect for truckers. there have been recent studies suggesting long term synephrine use is relatively harmless and possibly even benifitial to overweight folks. I remember one study showing a loss in body fat when consumed for 12 months time without changing diet and exercise along with improved blood lipids!

try some of the great ones on the market to find the ones you like the best. finaflex offers to good options for you: PX and PX black. give these a shot along side your improved diet and see if it positively affects your mood and work days. then you can always cycle through other products to keep the body from getting too used to any one formula. GL man.
