First Pinning Cycle Log

I've gone from no visible veins at the beginning of this cycle.... to no visible veins.

Lol barely visible. I'm embarrassed to be proud of this  I've seen guys 30% body fat with more vascular arms than me. This is from in between classes today.

Man, it can have so much to do with so many things - sometimes mine are blowing up, right now at my desk they are barely visible. Hot day they blow up, cold they don't. I dunno. I wouldn't be too discouraged about it.

I'm so done with school lol I have no motivation and I can't focus at all.

Have any of you guys used Adderal XR? I have some I was thinking of taking on days I have class, but I don't want it to affect my sleep. They're 10mg caps. Maybe I'll do some experimenting this weekend with it.

Adderall is great.
 
Even though the two are completely differently Id dose it mornings unless you have night class then I wouldn't do it , I'm not a doctor obv but the xr makes it release over time to last you the day or for a good 6 hours . Never effected my sleep only appetite
 
Yeah, the main class I need it for starts at 5:45 pm so that kinda sucks lol

I thought about opening the caps and crushing it up to be IR so I could take it in the evening. I don't have a lot so I'll have to get some more and experiment with it some I guess to see how long it lasts both ways.
 
Try the SNS product man, rather than pharma drugs? The caffeine free version. I used to take in the afternoons at work when my mind would start to wander and it would get me through. You still have to have a certain amount of will to do what you need to do though.

idk adderall absolutely destroys my appetite, not conducive to bulking at all, or health in general really. whereas you are on, i would just be aware of the time and **** and you might have to force feed. the appetite loss is fairly common, but that is a small dosage for XR too so maybe you won't feel that so much

I do need to try Focus XT again other than pre workout and some Noopept. Only reason I asked about the Adderral is because I have a few just sitting in my room.

Yeah, I'd only use it one or two days a week max if I even did. I only go to classes twice a week, but they're long days.
 
I take vyvanse or Adderall before each one of my exams and stay up most of the night studying my ass off, up until my most recent exams; one I got a 103% and the other I got a 87.5% when the class average was 57%. Winning.
Guess I don't always need drugs to succeed.
 
Snort the adderal. Just kidding don't...well I mean I used to use adderal like that but I couldn't recommend that from a moral standpoint

Nutrition & fitness for my undergrad, I'm in my junior year now.
Staying a year for my Master's in Exercise Physiology.
Edit: currently thinking that if I had a prescription to Adderall/vyvanse I'd be paying attention to my organic chemistry lecture right now LOL

I thought I hated chemistry too but since coming to college, I've done really well in it so I guess I don't mind it.
 
I finally got a couple hours of sleep this morning. It was very deep and when I woke up I couldn't feel my left arm for a good 5 minutes lol I feel fine so far today with such little sleep.
 
I'll just mix up some adderral in with my next Tren shot.. Should turn me into a super human.

While that sounds pretty awesome you should try crushing them up and cutting about a 1/4 of the powder into a water bottle and just recap the rest if you got some laying around. It's what I do with my vyvnase if I don't wanna speed for three days straight lol

I used to do something like that. The caps I'd buy from my friends with prescriptions already had powder in it, I'd just empty it into a water bottle and drink it as needed. Usually I'd drink half and then drink the other half 6 hours later. But that was when I'd pull all nighters before my exams.
In this case you could drink half one day and drink the rest the next time you need it. Make one pill last for two uses.

that feeling freaks me the hell out man... ever since i heard of some rockstar getting real drunk and falling asleep on his leg for like 12 hours then waking up with permanent nerve damage...

I know it's weird. It's the worst when I wake up and both arms are asleep and I can't move lol I have to wake my girlfriend up and have her help me move lmao
 
Tried to do legs today.. Didn't go very well lol

I think I have tendinitis in my quads. I can barely do any weight on any leg movement without it killing me right above the knee.

I have the exact same problem. Listen...rehband knee sleeves or SBD knee sleeves. They literally saved my ass. My knee Pain was unbearable until I started using those. I wish I hadn't taken so long to get those. Would have saved me a lot of pain and trouble

I think it's mainly the tendons not being able to keep up with the added frequency and weight with leg movements this cycle, I'll try some out though, I think we have some at the gym.

I'm going to take a couple days off of legs and ice, heat, and massage them so I can get back to it.
 
I don't want to but I think I may need a couple days off altogether. Wrists, forearms, shoulders, everything's hurting.
 
And Orange Triad man, has good joint support in it too.

I take five fish oil and three OT with my breakfast shake and same again with my pre bed snack.

I think I may take off until Monday. Everything just hurts and I haven't taken more than one day in a row off in a while. I'll try and do some stretching and Epsom salt baths. I just think it's something my body needs.
 
Couple days off won't kill you man, only make you stronger.

I'm hanging out for a day off, going to take one as soon as this SD run is over. Sit on the couch, have delivery drivers bring me food and do sweet eff all.

Not to be a bitch or a marketing whore or anything. But I just noticed on my last order that on orbitsupplements you can get ON flax oil pills - like 100 - for 4.99 - which is kind of insane. Here in Canada it's like 18.99 for 200 of some Kirkland salmon oils. Pretty great way to stock up.
 
Also do you do a lot of stretching and foam rolling before workouts? I always do and it has helped me immensely with recovery. Working out is important - but proper recovery IMO is much more important
 
Agreed on the stretching and foam rolling. I have traditional foam roller for lower body and a stick roller for arms and calves. Really helps.

And it's IDEAL time for a massage too Rascal. Get it at the start of your first day off and then chill. Sometimes I've found I get a massage then go hit training the next day and tighten everything up again straight away. It's best to get it and then have a good break to let the muscles relax. Good time to do some stretching as well if you can :)

No I don't. Up until recently I never stretched or anything. I've been trying to more lately, but I thought it was better to do it post workout? I don't have a foam roller and there isn't one at the gym, but I used a softball for my shoulders and it felt great.

Oh yeah that's the plan! Lol I should have made an appointment, it may be tough to just walk in on the weekend. I wasn't really planning these days off though.
