I had similar the other day when got to end of vial - had 1.8mls which of course could have been 2 x .9 which is very close 2 x 1ml but eh, who wants to go LESS than your actual dose - so yeah, 1.8 it was lol.

Well, could be either I think depending on how long it takes you to plunge the oil. However long it takes for the injected substance to hit the bloodstream through the lungs but it's usually not instantaneous. Same as meth breath lol.

I'm afraid of it happening during the injection and then I end up stabbing myself in a coughing fit lmao

I'd probably end up pulling it out during the crazy coughing episode and stabbing myself in the balls or something.

She does the glute pins for me still and I do the quads. So she does about 40% of them still. I'm about to have to start hitting delts again so she'll probably do those too.

I've gone 3/3 so far without it happening so hopefully I keep it up!! Lol
 
Mainly because I like being able to use both hands and I can't get my left hand to my right glute lmao

I need to try it though just in case she can't do it for some reason.
 
Use your thumb to aspirate. You should easy be able to do it one hand. And even if you need to take your hand off to reposition it to plunge or whatever, if you are using 1 inch pins or more, seriously it will sit in your glute, it won't fall out. You could leave it there all day ahahaha.
 
In the beginning I was afraid of all the movement doing it with one hand there could be. I guess I don't really have a good excuse anymore! Lol I'll try it myself on Friday.

I went to bed late last night to try and avoid the getting up and laying back down.. It actually worked lol even though I went to bed at like 3:30am I slept great.

My weight was at 216.6 this morning.

That's not a bad idea, just wear yourself out and stuff and then crash and sleep well. Sometimes body just isn't ready to sleep.

I think a couple of those pounds may be from the Ghar1ne, I'm definitely feeling like I'm holding some extra water in the mid section.

I'll have to look into where I can get a DEXA scan around me. No squats tonight.. Lol I've just been doing them on heavy days. I need to start doing them both though. I swear everytime I get into the gym to do legs my knees start killing me, it never fails.

Honestly man - and I kinda hate being that cliche squats are king guy - but squats are king lol. On a quick/light leg day I would easily trade out extensions AND leg press and just spent an hour in the rack working on form with some relatively light weight on the bar, worked on speed squats and pause squats working on getting that bounce out of the hole. This will benefit your heavy day to no end.

Looked into wraps or sleeves for your knees? Are you stretching/rolling your ITB? That's usually the first source of knee pain.

Iliotbial band - It's the big thick strip of muscle/tissue on the outside of your quad. I'm not sure it's even muscle, it's like a hard tissue and it can get really tight. Mine are ridiculous, last time I went for a sports massage the guy flicked it near the knee and it made a thock sound like knocking on wood lol.

It basically connects your knee to your glutes.

Speaking of sports massages, I'm going to be scheduling one in the next week or so.

The place by my house doesn't advertise sports massages, but I asked and they said they can do them.
 
One thing I would like to note is that my nerve issues have gotten a lot better when just relaxing. My fingers still tingle and go numb when they're above my head for too long.

I am convinced this is because of the weight gain. Last cycle I got up to 220 pounds and had little to no problems. It wasn't until I cut down to below 200 that I started having nerve issues. Once I started this cycle and started gaining weight it has gotten a lot better. I was in physical therapy and I am not sure if it was helping or not, but I stopped going shortly after starting my cycle.

I just think it's weird that the reason I have these issues is because of the muscle, but gaining more seems to help. I also still have issues when benching of the nerve popping over back and forth, but hardly any tingling at rest.
 
Another awesome night of sleep last night. I've been taking the Ghar1ne a couple of hours before bed the past two nights so I wonder if that has anything to do with it? I only woke up once or twice to get water. I'm still not able to remember any dreams very well, I will wake up with my arms asleep every night since I now sleep with them above my head sometimes.

My calories have been right around 4000 still, I'm wanting to keep them here for another week or so to try and see if I can get a little bit of a recomp going. I think I will start doing some light cardio after weights a couple of days a week. My weight was right at 215 this morning.

I'm not sure man, it's really weird. The doctor said its the nerve that runs between the biceps and triceps and when those grow it compresses the nerve or something which causes the problems, so I figured losing muscle mass would be the way to fix it but it's like it's the opposite. I need to ask her about it.
 
Oh and I think the Ghar1ne is working, I noticed today my hands are like doubled in size with all the water they're holding lol
