First Pinning Cycle Log

GABA powder has always greatly reduced my anxiety and stress at night. Also gives me this weird warm and tingly sensation as I'm laying in bed.
 
I finally got a good nights sleep last night. I only got up once and it was only for a few minutes to eat some pretzels and pee lol my morning classes were canceled so I ended up getting 10 hours of sleep or so, but now I'm behind on my food for the day ?

I weighed in right at 214 pounds this morning.

I'm thinking so. I didn't take anything last night for anxiety/sleep. I have Ashwaghanda coming in today for anxiety. I tried some before and didn't notice a whole lot, but this is KSM 66, which is supposed to be better.

I'm also still getting back pumps with deadlifts and stuff.. Has anyone ever had this when only on injectables?
 
Good push hyper day today. Thanks to MrKleen73 I had minimal front delt pain. I warmed up with 3x15 curls and really focused on retracting the scapula. It still needs some work, but I could definitely notice a difference. Now I just need to work on stretching some more.

After talking with my dad I realized that my anxiety may be caused by acid reflux instead of asthma.

It feels like there's liquid stuck in my throat/lungs which makes it hard to breath for me, which in turn freaks me out and causes the anxiety. I notice it the most when reclined and lying down. I'll be getting something to help with reflux to see if that helps the problem. I remember reading somewhere that I think Ghar1ne causes them for some and also maybe Tren, if I remember correctly. So it will probably only get worse from here if I don't do anything.

Gotta be careful with the prilosec. Messing around with the gut Ph can have some undesirable consequences in some cases. In my case, and this may only be a coincidence, but I took Prilosec for acid reflux and ended up with Ulcerative colitis.

I take it sparingly, usually only once or twice a week. Only when my acid reflux is acting up.
 
I already had some Pepcid around so I'm just going to start taking one a day to see how if it helps. I have no idea how it compares to Prilosec, this is new stuff to me lol
 
I've had it for so long. I'll wake up in the middle of the night with my insides burning, gotta rush to munch some rolaids and take a Prilosec or there's no way I'm getting back to sleep
 
I've never noticed any burning or heart burn, I don't think. It's just hard to swallow, and feels like there's snot or spit stuck in my throat. Hell, if I even had heart burn I wouldn't know it. I suck at explaining symptoms or pin pointing where it's coming from.

I like a big pct... helps keep the stoke up and makes pct as "fun" as possible

I completely agree with you. Gotta make pct suck as little as possible.
 
I even thought about cruising for a month or so after this cycle and then blasting some prop and ace for 6-8 weeks on a fairly harsh cut before summer. But we will see how I'm looking towards the end of these 15 weeks or so 
 
How did you find the Meso? Is DMAA your new best friend?

Nutraplanet. It's not as amazing as I was expecting to be honest.. It's one of the best I've tried though. I need to find a good dose. It raises my heart rate quite a bit so I'm trying smaller doses to find a sweet spot.

So far one rounded scoop was better than one flat scoop. I think it may have a lot to do with what all I've eaten so far that day. Like today I hadn't had a lot of food, and I only took one flat scoop and I felt kinda sick.

Take DMAA type products with A LOT of water. I think in US measurements it's like 12 ounces or whatever. I found that anything much less and it really stirred in my stomach and during cardio initially I puked a few times because it was super intense. That was original Jack3d.

I'll try it with like 16-24 ounces next time. I usually use about 10-12. I drink a lot of water during my workouts too, so my stomach gets all full and sloshing around so that doesn't help either.
 
How are the sides, anything worrisome going on?

Everything's perfect so far! I had some nipple sensitivity for a couple of weeks, but it's gone now. Blood pressure has stayed consistent with what it was before the cycle. I'm still getting back pumps when doing deadlifts, rack pulls, and things like that which is a little odd. But there's nothing really that has me concerned.
 
I had a little trouble falling asleep last night, but it was because I just didn't feel tired. Even with the lack of sleeping I still feel good during the day. Although after a few days of little sleep it does catch up to me and I need a nap.

Sunday, after I took my caber dose I fell asleep reading something on my phone while it was still in my hand lol. I was very tired before that, but I wonder if it will put me to sleep every time like Prami does for some people? I don't really think it would work that quickly though.

I ordered some more Taurine today in the middle of my T bar rows, back pumps are killing me. Lol I'm having to lay down in between sets. I look like a maniac.. dripping sweat, dropping 200 pounds after my set, and immediately going to lay down.

Do you mean to tell me that most of you guys DONT use cocaine for weight loss? Am I doing things wrong? ;)
 
I had a little bit of a headache and some pressure in the bridge of my nose so I took my BP twice. 152/85 and 149/65 lol I'll take it again before bed. It's hard for me to stay still during so I wonder if that effected it any. The BP machine said my HR was at like 180 but when checking it myself it was only at 100 so I know that's not accurate.

Dang. All over the place. When I gave blood my BP was 120/66 and HR was 100. I get nervous when I give blood.
 
Up until now my BP has stayed around 120/80. My HR is almost always 100bpm or so, so that's normal. I'll have to recheck the BP again to see what it's at.
 
It's like I forgot how to fuking sleep. I lay down and close my eyes for a few minutes only to get back up and walk around, get a drink, eat a snack, sit in the living room, mess with the animals.

I'm tired but I'm also wide awake. I may try taking the Ghar1ne in the morning and see if that helps, but at this point I think I'm just going to accept the fact that I won't be sleeping for a while lol
 
It will get better bro. At least if it's associated with the Tren. I know you were having issues before it started, but your body should acclimate to everything in a few weeks. Around week 3-4 I can start sleeping again. Sounds like a long time, but at least the Tren will have you like a zombie on cruise control until then. My suggestion, lower the Test now.
 
I'm thinking it must be the Tren, cause I was sleeping better a couple of days before I started it and then it got ****ty again. I'll go ahead and lower the Test now.

Once I finally did fall asleep last night though I slept great.
 
I've been feeling huge these past couple of days. Yesterday I woke up and my arms looked like I had just left the gym and my chest felt a lot fuller too.

Am I crazy for wanting to up the Tren when I already can't sleep? Lol
