I got into a pretty heated argument with my girlfriend and was able to stop myself before yelling too much and right as I was about to throw something across the room I just stopped and didn't say another word or do anything.

There's definitely an increase in aggression but it's more of a controlled type it seems.

I could definitely do some damage if needed though.. Lol

Your girl knows about the AAS right? Whatever you do..do not give her the satisfaction of throwing that in your face lol. When I argue with my gf I find the best thing to do is to escape the situation for a brief period of time. Going for a walk usually helps

Yeah she does, she's done a lot of my pins for me.

A lot of times on past oral cycles she would blame me getting mad on doing steroids and that just pissed me off even more. Lol I try and just ignore fights as much as possible. I don't want the extra stress.

I've been at about 4000 calories the past few days and I still woke up at 208 pounds this morning.

I think I am going to lower the Adex to eod for a while, I'm having achy joints still. I'm also taking 20mg Nolva eod until I can get rid of all the nipple discomfort. It's gotten a lot better but I'm just being safe.

My Adex tabs don't have a line in the middle to cut them but my Nolva tabs do. The Nolva tabs just crush completely when trying to split them but the Adex tabs split just fine. Lol

How often do you weigh? Weighing can be subject to so many factors day to day as well.

I reckon you could/should jack it up past 4000....
 
What are your macros like?

EDIT: I only ask because I've been making up the extra with fats, took my fat intake from about 110g to 150g just with a good handful of nuts and using full cream milk instead of skim and those cals were easy to find.

EDIT: And the odd Snickers :P
 
I try and weigh myself every morning after waking up, no clothes, and after I go to the bathroom. Some days I forget or something. My schedule is different almost every day, so the time I wake up is hardly ever the exact same.

My macros are also all over the place. Lol the only constant thing is I get at least 250g protein. My fat can range anywhere from 120-200g depending on protein and carbs for that day. My carbs are almost always 300g+ though.

I probably need to get my diet to be more consistent but with day classes, night classes, work, the gym, trying to spend time with friends and family my days are just all over the place and I have no intentions of prepping my meals ahead of time at this point. Lol

I eat relatively the same foods each day, the amounts just vary on if I'm out a lot that day or at home the majority of it.
 
Honestly man I would probably just weigh every four or five days. I kind of have a weights/weights/weights/karate four day cycle so I weigh myself the morning after my last weights day to see any progress as I know karate is a bunch of cardio so weighing the day after is not a good reflection. That way you can know that over four days of training and eating you gained X much. Just avoids feeling like you're stagnating seeing the same figure day on day.

Macros sound in order even if not consistent, not sure that matters too much. I just read an article when I was looking to find my extra 500 cals that people often neglect fats during a bulk and take a lot of carbs. So I found I had heaps of room to move in that area.

FYI I'm weighing in at the same as you as of today and start of this week aiming to hit 4500 cals a day to see growth. Karate days make it hard coz I miss a meal but I am making up for it the day after by having 5000+ which coincides with heavy weights days.

I think 4000 is really going to be maintenance for you and I at this stage mate - which is great!!! lol.
 
Yeah I try to not get too caught up with the scale. I write my weight on the calendar each time I do weigh.

Food is about to start getting expensive if my maintenance is 4000 calories!! Lol
 
Lol, my food bill is already ridic man and since that Grill'd burger shop opened up under my gym, there's another $50 a week lol. They're gonna make a killing. Smart move on their part. Healthy burgers and sweet potato fries.

Plus I think I'm going to have to start shelling out for new clothes :(
 
Lmao!! That food bill gets hefty. But Benny nailed it. Easiest, cheapest macro to get the cals up is fats. Whole milk and nuts/butters. Well I guess garbage carbs are cheap, but that's not good.

You guys are killing me though with your anabolic metabolisms and shiit. Just wait till you start the Tren rascal, that scale gonna move mang.
 
I'm feeling bigger I've just been stuck hovering between 208-210 the past week or so. I'll eat a consistent 4000 another couple of days and see what happens.

Id recommend upping the carbs too bro. shooting for more like 400g. I use oatmeal shakes a lot as a meal and their pretty cheap. Bulk quick oats at less than $1.00 per pound. 1 cup quick oats and 2 scoops protein in a shaker and just shake it up and drankkk.

If at home can do in a blender and is not as chunky, but cheap and easy and high quality. 50g protein 55g carb with water.
 
Soooo many of my cals come from good ol trail mix. Highly recommend. Also I get nothing but whole milk; none of that watered down crap. I also need to up my carbs though

Yep, that's my breakfast most days. I buy the oats pre-powdered from a local nutrients place but you could just grind em up in a coffee grinder and stick em in some tupperware. They taste great in protein too.

I totally feel you on working with a bunch of idiots though - I work with mostly bitter middle aged women, sucks the life right out of me until I hit the iron.
 
I went to bed last night with my triceps and chest cramping anytime I'd extend my arm or reach across my body. I love it and hate it at the same time. Lol

I woke up around 5am wide awake and it took me about an hour to fall back asleep.


I will be buying my Tren and some more Cyp this weekend. My caber has been sorted through customs so should be here about the same time as the Tren.

I know it's messed with some peoples sleep and Tren obviously does too so I am going to try and start them at seperate times so I can differentiate between the sides of the two.

I hope you like it. I started off with ghar1ne, and now I'm logging Primeval Labs Epi-GH which is epiandro and MK so I'm holding the ghar1ne until I'm done with the epi-gh. They also are having me log their Cardarine product alongside it so I'm excited to see how the different compounds work for me when taken together.
What MK 677 product are you going to try?
